Before contacting Steven's Handy, I had attempted to get an exterior faucet replaced by a couple of other companies that had been recommended. However, they were slow in responding, delayed an appointment time, and were reluctant to assist. Steven's Handy replied quickly once contacted, agreed to an appointment, and diagnosed the issue immediately! Instead of a complete faucet replacement, he was able to remove a welded adaptor, provide a new washer, and stop the leak - all at a fair price. I would highly recommend this company to you and we'll definitely call on Steven's Handy again! Mike

Our kitchen faucet started to misbehave and I looked around online and found all the five star reviews of Steve's Handy, so first I called him, then discovered that I could make an appointment on his website. So I made one for 4 p.m., but Steve was unable to make the appointment due to finishing up another job. (He called me promptly about it, too!) We rescheduled for 10:30 this morning 10/8/2024 and he arrived right on time. To make a long story short, he showed us some faucets that would fit our sink; once we picked one, he went to Home Depot to pick it up, and very soon we had a new faucet. Not only that, but I had a short list of things I needed to have done in the house that my husband nor I could no longer do. Steve stuck around and did everyone one of them: (1) figured out why we couldn't replace the lightbulb in our downstairs bathroom (it's been dark in there for literally years) and got a new lightbulb in there, (2) pulled the broken base of a lightbulb from where it's been jammed inside the light fixture in the library ceiling fan so we could finally replace the bulb and put the glass cover back on it (he had to run back to Home Depot for screws for it, too, as the original screws had disappeared); (3) we had a poster in our foyer that was slipping out of its old, broken frame; I had a new frame for it but no way to remount it as I am scared of ladders, so while Steve was at Home Depot I reframed the poster, and he rehung it for me, and (4) he mounted our indoor Leaf antenna up higher and more to the west and now we can get Georgia Public Broadcasting again--previously we could only tune it in when the leaves were off the trees--moving the antenna four feet made all the difference. I would give Steve ten stars if I could. He is friendly, efficient, hard working, and an all-round nice guy. Not to mention that the price was super reasonable. Thank you, Steve!

I needed to have some exterior floodlight bulbs replaced and contacted Steve about this service. He responded quickly and we agreed on a date and time. When he was delayed by a prior job he notified me promptly and arrived at his revised time. Steve was very professional and his charge was very reasonable. Far faster than anticipated he and his team quickly and neatly removed my old toilets, installed the new and had us up and running!
