I am so happy to have found Steve's Comfort Systems. My son and daughter-in-law (from FL) purchased a 150 year old home, sight unseen (in SD) and found many issues upon arriving that were not disclosed. First being plumbing that was not in working order. Joshua came out right away and was extremely helpful, and guided them on their way to make a clear decision as to what steps to take now, and how to proceed going forward. When he learned they were first time homeowners from FL, he kindly took my son on a tour of what to expect with the furnace and different workings of the crawlspace, etc. He even had quite a bit of information regarding the history of the home they purchased. Thank you Joshua for the prompt service and for making them feel at home in their new house.

Steve helped me when I had a heater problem by having me read the problem code on the heater over the phone to him. Steve then ordered the part, received the part the next day and I installed it myself. The part was under warranty. Its nice when things get fixed at no cost. You can count on Steve and his office staff when heating/cooling things go wrong. When Steve installed my unit a few yrs. ago, he loved the hot buttered popcorn.
When Steve came to install or fix our heater in the past, he was very professional and even cleaned up and discarded any messes made.
