I sent them to my rented house for service for AC units and they were unable to fix it and gave me 3 options to choose. Which are replacement only. I said to fix or repair but tech guy said ac unit too old.

Well then, I can't afford that 13k unit and left with choice of let them go and call on other vendor. This guy asked how much can I afford so he can talk to his boss about it ?! Sounds very creepy and scam kind of question.

I got it fixed by other vendor with $420 and all he said was there a leak and add coolant to it!!! He did mentioned unit is old, coolant can still be purchased now but not sure in the future tho. He didn't charged me for the $89 fees just to diagnose the problem like this place did.

Well, I'm disappointed and gotta give them a 1 star.

Chris U. came out to inspect and diagnose a/c issue. The hvac system was installed approximately 17 years ago by Steve's 5 Star Service. There was no a/c in our home previously. Chris was very thorough in explaining everything to me and very honest and professional. I realize the lifespan of these systems range between 15 and 20 years. After considering the options and weighing the pros and cons, I decided on replacing our system with a new system, again, by Steve's 5 Star! Thank you Chris for taking your time to explain the issues and giving me options that are within my budget! Looking forward to having Steve and/or Blake and crew return to install the new unit!!!

Chris came out to check out our new furnace. There is a part that is faulty. He ordered the part and will be back to install it. Great service. It was a little frustrating as my furnace didn't work all weekend. But We do have a few space heaters, so used them. I am very pleased that this came out first thing this morning. One happy customer

Steve's 5 Star Service exceeded our expectations! When we called for a quote to have our entire air conditioning and ducting replaced, Blake came to our home and went over every detail from start to finish. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about their products and how they operated.

Steve's crew showed up on time all 3 days of the project. Rich and Noel were so courteous and such hard workers. You would never know they were in our home working by the end of the day, as they left our home immaculate!

Aside from the awesome and professional team Steve has, we are so impressed with our Carrier 5 ton Platinum Infinity system. It is so efficient and unbelievably quiet!

Steve's Five Star Service really live up to their name! Blake followed through the whole project from coming to inspect the situation, making professional recommendation to the completion of the installation. It's been a few months and everything is still working great. I had a few questions about the system in the past few months and they are very responsive. A few days ago it was raining like cats and dogs and I found some water leaking somewhere in the furnace cabinet. I called Steve's right away and they sent a technician out on the same day. Found out that there was a small crack on my tile roof and water was coming in along the outside of venting pipe. Since the roof was very slippery so the technician said he couldn't go up to fix it right there. So he came back the next morning and sealed up the crack. I'm very pleased with their customer service and the responsiveness. Highly recommended for anyone willing to spend the extra dollars to go for the best brand of HVAC (Carrier) and best customer services in the industry!

I can't recommend Steve's Five Star enough! I run a small business in Glendora and have been looking to replace my previous HVAC people for a while now. The last company I used missed two appointments causing my filters to be far overdue for a change. I decided to call Steve's and they were quick to help and get me on the books. Mario arrived on time and was extremely helpful and thorough. After speaking with Mario it sounds like the last company I was using was overcharging me and providing services that weren't even necessary to try to get more money out of us. I can't describe how grateful I am for the honesty. It's so hard finding people who won't try to take advantage of you or try to squeeze every penny out of you. I'm glad the search is over and have finally found a company I can trust!

This guy named Doug from Steve's Five Star did such a great job on my AC. He also worked on my heater earlier this year. I specifically requested him to take a look at my AC; he is that great! Steve's 5 star showed up the next day and replaced our AC Capacitor. That took care of our non cooling 3 ton Carrier AC system. Overall our AC system was down for less than 18 hours in the middle of a 100 degree mini heatwave. Thanks for the speed and professionalism!
