Great company! Very efficient, professional, reliable. I used them for a whole house copper repipe. Nick supervised the project from start to finish. He did an awesome job, but their whole team was great. My house had aging pipes and plumbing was a mess. They did careful prep work, taping off areas in the house and covering floors and the ground in the work areas to minimize the spread of dust and dirt. Everything was done to code and I couldn't be happier!

They came today as scheduled to replace my AC Ducking. Both technicians Andy and Daniel were very professional and courteous. Their expertise were very commendable. This company is very commendable. I had them do a tune up on our AC and Heater. They sent John out to us the customer service was grand! John was awesome! He explained what the process was before he began the work and gave a thorough explanation after. I've also had them out when I had a leak. They came out to inspect and spent about 2 hrs here at ended up referring us to a leak specialist. There was no charge as they could not find the leak. Unfortunately, it's difficult to find honest companies but I'm glad that I found one!

Recently during the record-breaking heatwave here in Southern California, my HVAC system, which had acquired some age, failed to operate. Thus making occupation in the house unbearable as well as dangerous. I have engaged Steve's 5 Star Service for many years for both HVAC and Plumbing services. They came by and did an analysis of the system which basically was aged. As a result of this and the fact that new laws regarding coolants related to the original system from some decades ago were no longer readily available nor some of the parts, the decision was made to install a new system. This would then bring my system into current compliance with the related laws as well as provide me with a new system which I needed. Inclusive of this, of course, would also be a newly warranted HVAC system.
The technicians who came to install the system, Andrew and Daniel, arrived on time as agreed to begin the several hours' process to install the new system. Both technicians were extremely personable and began by thoroughly prepping the work area. It was obvious that they were both quite highly knowledgeable about the work they were doing, and worked fairly quickly yet efficiently. They answered all questions that I had about the installation process and were able to impart other related information to me for my own edification, so that I would have a better general understanding of the overall operation of the system. It should be noted that they imparted this information in a clear and understandable manner. Fortunately, they were able to complete the install a little early, activate it and return the house temperature to a bearable and safe level. Thus ""rescuing"" me from the prolonged heatwave we were experiencing and from being forced to stay in some hotel. I appreciate both Andrew and Daniel's personable and professional demeanor........they represented their agency very well in this situation. I also appreciate Steve's 5 Star response in this situation as I do with all of their service-related calls to my home. Roy C.

Anyway, I called the company on Wednesday who scheduled an appt for me the next day. John Zabatta showed up and he was nothing but professional. John placed foot protectors on his shoes before entering my house. Sometimes it is the small things that make a difference. John found out what the problem was and addressed it.

I continually go back to Steve's 5 star because they have proven to be trustworthy and honest and if anything goes wrong they stand by their work. I appreciate everything you do to meet my needs in this very hot weather.

Those reading my review, there is no need to look elsewhere, you will find that the employees are professional and knowledgeable.

I sent them to my rented house for service for AC units and they were unable to fix it and gave me 3 options to choose. Which are replacement only. I said to fix or repair but tech guy said ac unit too old.

Well then, I can't afford that 13k unit and left with choice of let them go and call on other vendor. This guy asked how much can I afford so he can talk to his boss about it ?! Sounds very creepy and scam kind of question.

I got it fixed by other vendor with $420 and all he said was there a leak and add coolant to it!!! He did mentioned unit is old, coolant can still be purchased now but not sure in the future tho. He didn't charged me for the $89 fees just to diagnose the problem like this place did.

Well, I'm disappointed and gotta give them a 1 star.

Chris U. came out to inspect and diagnose a/c issue. The hvac system was installed approximately 17 years ago by Steve's 5 Star Service. There was no a/c in our home previously. Chris was very thorough in explaining everything to me and very honest and professional. I realize the lifespan of these systems range between 15 and 20 years. After considering the options and weighing the pros and cons, I decided on replacing our system with a new system, again, by Steve's 5 Star! Thank you Chris for taking your time to explain the issues and giving me options that are within my budget! Looking forward to having Steve and/or Blake and crew return to install the new unit!!!

Chris came out to check out our new furnace. There is a part that is faulty. He ordered the part and will be back to install it. Great service. It was a little frustrating as my furnace didn't work all weekend. But We do have a few space heaters, so used them. I am very pleased that this came out first thing this morning. One happy customer

Steve's 5 Star Service exceeded our expectations! When we called for a quote to have our entire air conditioning and ducting replaced, Blake came to our home and went over every detail from start to finish. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about their products and how they operated.

Steve's crew showed up on time all 3 days of the project. Rich and Noel were so courteous and such hard workers. You would never know they were in our home working by the end of the day, as they left our home immaculate!

Aside from the awesome and professional team Steve has, we are so impressed with our Carrier 5 ton Platinum Infinity system. It is so efficient and unbelievably quiet!

We can't say enough good things about Steve's 5 Star Service! You will not be disappointed!
