Called to make an appt with a plumber to discuss replacing water heater with tankless heater, but was told I could only make arrangements during their working hours, M-F , essentially 9-5, the same as my hours. I work in healthcare and it near to impossible to take time off during the week unless your house is burning down. The customer service agent said weekends were only for emergencies. I politely declined and hung up.

I've had Stevenson come to my house for different plumbing jobs, insulation and installation of an attic fan. All the jobs have been perfect, except for the attic fan install. After calling Stevenson back, they sent out Joseph to diagnose and resolve the issue, which turned out to be a bad bearing in the fan itself, no fault of Stevenson in the first place. Joseph ordered the part and came back out a few days later - now everything is running perfectly again. Joseph called and showed up right at the start of the scheduled availability window, wore a mask when interacting with me and made sure not to track any dirt or debris into the house.

I've always received prompt and courteous service from Stevenson's, and I will continue to give them my business.

I will try to keep this brief. First of all I'd like to say the tech was friendly and courteous. From there it went downhill, he spent a considerable amount of time on the phone requiring advice on how to repair. Was not comfortable when he told me the board went out on my furnace and gave me two options one being $840 repair or $11,000 furnace. Long story short he didn't know what he was doing. Called another company to come out the next day ""Outstanding heating and cooling"" is the name of the company they get five stars. The tech that came out with outstanding repaired my furnace, there was no circuit board needed no new furnace he said the wiring was wrong from the previous repair or sabotage from Stevenson.Outstanding fixed it. My suggestion is Stevenson heating and air is not trustworthy at all! Will never use them again and suggest other people go elsewhere.

Stevenson Service was fantastic! We purchased our home almost 2 years ago and the previous owners used Stevenson's, so we figured we would check them out. I'm happy we did! Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. We have a large dog and they were giving him plenty of love. Gave tips for the maintenance plan and explained all the benefits. Not to mention, they were both very patient with all of my questions! We will for sure take our heating/cooling/plumbing business there!

Their presentation was a hard sell for a ""plan"" that included maintenance for the new HVAC system, no down payment and monthly lease. Only received price without plan upon request, and they were significantly higher than elsewhere. My fault for signing on the iPad without seeing the contract. After reviewing contract, and learning it was going to cost me $26,000 over ten years, I tried to cancel 11 hours after signing. This is permitted by law, but it took multiple emails and phone calls before anyone would acknowledge receipt of cancellation. In a nutshell, this is not a customer friendly company.

Needed a simple repair done to our bathroom sink. Would have done it myself if I had the tools needed to remove the stuck pop-up assembly from underneath the sink. I already had all the parts and had everything else disassembled, so we're talking maybe a half hour's worth of work tops. The price Stevensons quoted me to do the job was absolutely insane. I had another plumber come in and do it for less than 20% of what Stevenson's wanted. I won't be calling them again for anything.

Nothing against the tech by the way. He was courteous and professional. I hope he gets paid well, given what they want to charge.

This place is a joke. We called for an emergency service. Waited for hours with no update. Finally called to find out the status and was told the plumber was on the way and would be calling within minutes. An hour later we called back to report we were still waiting. They told us they must have recorded the callback number wrong and we would be rescheduled for 24 hours later! Remember, this was an emergency. Also, the call we made was from the same phone number they were supposed to call back. TERRIBLE SERVICE. TRUST ANYONE ELSE ABOVE THEM. I guess their oopsie means we get to continue to live with feces on the floor. No apology or effort to reconcile THEIR mistake. God awful service. I would sooner take a class in basic plumbing then ever use them again. I am truly surprised they are still in business.

Before you call this company because off their misleading 4.9 star reviews on google for any heating and cooling repair , look them up on yelp or any other review cites. This company is a scam. If you don't want to over pay for service then look elsewhere! They charged me $380 dollars for a $20 dollar part(plug and play part that takes less then 5mins to hook up) + a $99 to diagnostic test which tech didn't do because I told him exactly what was wrong.This is the most dishonest company out there. Don't let google fool you (a lot of company would offer discounts for 5star reviews)!
