Steven responded very quickly to our request for some repairs on our sprinkler system. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very generous with sharing some tips and how-to's on our system. He was able to come out same day which was impressive. 5 stars to this company! Steven will be my first call next time I need service.

He's very knowledgeable and didn't mind explaining the faults and ins and outs of my sprinkler system. Steven charges very reasonably and likes to quote according to the problem instead of hourly pricing. He fixed my sprinkler system in less than 30 minutes.

This is my second job with Steven. I can honestly say with a mouthful that he's an honest man with excellent skills and very fair price. Straight forward and very reliable service. He did my sprinkler system maintenance for the first job and he did a perfect job. Then I had a leaking pipe under the ground outside the house close to the side walk. He actually saved me few hundred dollars doing on instead of a plumper. Even changed the 1/12 inches pipe into one inch to keep with the modern house built. Don't hesisite to call him he'll get the job done, right.

In over 50 years of home ownership we have never had a service person who exhibited a higher degree of integrity.  We would be proud and happy to recommend Steven to any of our friends or family.
We had two sprinkler problems which he quickly diagnosed as defective zone valves.  One of the repairs was extremely complicated due to tree and shrubbery roots but he found a solution.  The repair was further complicated by the fact that the shrubs had overgrown the valve box and he was still able to make the fix without any damage to the landscape.
His price was surprisingly reasonable for all the work he had to do, the hours of labor and parts required.
Steven was extremely professional, personable and courteous.  He was well spoken, and clearly explained what needed to be done.  We will rely on him for all our future irrigation service

I used Steven's Irrigation to repair a broken PVC pipe on my irrigation system and then later I had him replace one of the drip lines with sprinkler heads. Steven seems to be knowledgable and did a decent job on the first two jobs but was terrible at communicating the basics such as the time he would be coming or responding to text, phone calls or emails. He would just show up whenever the first two times. I texted him to fix a broken irrigation valve that was leaking quite a bit of water into the street and he texted he would come out on Friday, five days later. I called Steven on Thursday night and left a voice message to confirm he was coming Friday morning and I followed up with a text. Steven never responded to either. On Friday I waited all day and made several calls (which went unanswered) and several text (which also went unanswered). Steven never showed up, never called me back, and never texted me back. The following Monday I called another irrigation company who came out that same day. I see there is another review in which Steven did the same thing (promising to come out to do the repair but then fails to come out or communicate he is not coming). I would NOT recommend Steven's Irrigation.

I texted Steven a photo of my broken sprinkler head and he said he would be able to fix it within a day or two. I followed up with him via text and phone call after 3 days went by, and he completely ghosted me. I own my own business and it BAFFLES me how some of these business owners do not know anything about business...??!!! I would have been an excellent hassle free/easy to please & repeat customer, but I will not be calling or texting this company again. Bad etiquette & did not help me at all.
