Steve has done work for me and my 2 brothers, we have nothing but high praise for his company and his work. My brother was so pleased with his boiler revision that he makes everyone go to look at a professional job.Steve is great, fast call backs, comes at scheduled appointment, explains everything and repairs are excellent. will always use him.

I've have been using Steve Morret Plumbing for a few jobs over the past several years. This time needed to have a water heater replaced. They did an exceptional job . Very friendly and know their stuff. I highly recommend them for any job big or small.

ZERO OUT OF FIVE STARS. Awful, awful, awful service. We had an appointment on December 4, 2012, to have our spa tub serviced, as the motor did not work. The plumber who came to our home took the motor with him, said that he would check the inventory - if they didn't have it, they would find one and order it, and he would call me with updates. ONE MONTH LATER..... we haven't heard a WORD from them. We called them, and the woman who answered the phone said she didn't know anything about our appointment and would have someone call us. The next day, the same woman who answered the office phone did call us. She told us that they were having trouble locating the motor, but finally found it - but hadn't ordered it yet. No apologies, no explanation, nothing...like this is the way that every business operates. It would be $300+installation, and it would take a week to arrive. So now we are 5 weeks+ into this process and STILL don't have a functional motor. Stay away from this business!! They very obviously do not care about their clients.
