Scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. Supposed to arrive at 8 am. Didn't show up until nearly 9 am. Plumber was parked out on the street with a girl in the passengers seat. I waited for him to come to the door figuring he was doing paperwork, on the phone or something. Next time I looked he was gone. When I called him back he rudely said he rang the doorbell twice but I didn't hear it. Asked him if he wanted go come back and do the job but he said he already called the next appointment. Very unprofessional, argumentative and rude manner on the phone. I would avoid this plumber at all costs. There are way better choices for a plumber.

I wanted a small local family business, not a chain, and I found Steve. He just left after installing new kitchen faucets, new garbage grinder and replacing all sink drain lines. Very pleasant man. He went about his business in an efficient manner and was done very quickly. His price was quite reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased.

We have flipped over 100 houses in San Diego, New Mexico, Las Vegas and mainly in the Chula Vista area. So we have seen our share of idiot plumbers and contractors. Steve was highly recommended from our friend who works for Kiewet and since we met him, we have been using him for numerous Commercial & Residential properties.

We have had big emergencies and Steve has been able to come out as soon as he can to get things fixed. He won't rip you off. He's very aloha surfer friendly and I have trusted him to fix things in our house even when I was not able to watch over the project. Once time I ordered a huge bouce house to be delivered & the delivery guys broke an outside pipe during the transport. Steve came out in less than 15 minutes to save the party and fix the broken pipe and not turn the backyard into a slip and slide zone.

I always get a call to confirm arrival, etc. He's local in the Chula Vista area.

Steve King has been our plumber and problem solver for many years and is very personable and reasonably priced. The first reviewer must be the competition, threatened by Steve's outstanding service and rates. Nothing the reviewer says rings true. Shame on you. Steve is the best around.

Wouldn't want another plumber. Steve is great. He took care of several inspection issues I had when I first bought a house (excessive pressure, dripping faucets, leaking pipes, no dryer vent), and I've had him back to clear out clogged pipes and install new faucets. He's fast and doesn't dawdle around at all.

The office always calls to let you know he's on the way.

Steve definitely knows what he is doing. Over many years he's replaced a water heater, fixed sinks, toilets and taken care of stopped up drain pipes. He's even come in after hours and taken care of things without charging an arm and a leg. He's also a fun guy to speak with as well. I don't know what the going rate as far as costs is because I've never trusted anyone else with my plumbing issues. I figure when you find someone who does a good job at a decent price, why go shopping?

Did a half-job! Basically patched something up together and told me GOOD LUCK! this plumbing company is so cheap and unprofessional, they try to get away with just about any cheap tricks they can pull out their sleeves. They must run a good circus somewhere.
The so called ""plumber"" came in late with cigarettes still in his mouth, walked inside the house with smoke fumes coming out of his nose.
I must say he's a self starter and a go getter because he just volunteered to break apart the kitchen door without even asking for any permission!
He just left a really big mess in the kitchen. And told me his job there was finished; not surprisingly, he forgot what he came in there for! To get the water heater turned back on! Duh! So I had to play cat and mouse over the phone with their rude ""customer service"" just to let the plumber come back to the scene of his crime. Oh and a bonus! He even dented my car and deliberately lied to my face saying he didn't do it. I am standing like right behind him when he was touching the dent he caused to my car. Ultimately, I would never recommend this steven king plumbing services.
