Steve rode up to our house on his motorcycle, walked us through a potential bath remodel estimate on a Saturday, and ultimately gave us the real run-down on how to improve our home, baths, etc. He is incredibly honest, and willing to come sit down and talk about just about any concern or question that comes up.

And of course his work has been fantastic. He knows what he's doing, for sure! Years and years in the business, he's unfazed by it all. He calls you back within the day and is available. He has fixed so much and so well, I could go on and on.

His prices seem extremely fair to us! He is the greatest plumber we've ever had and couldn't recommend him any higher!

This plumber, is the best plumber. He explains everything,never gets mad if you ask a question, he is sweet with kids, he will even tell you how to fix it for next time it happens(which it won't because he's such a great plumber.) Hands down the best plumber I have ever used.
Meticulous in service, his work both looks and works fantastically. Very, very happy. It is absolutely true that you get what you pay for and I am always very happy with his work and I have never had to have him come back to repair a job he did (which I have had to do with other plumbers in the area!) - although once I did have him repair a job another plumber did when I made the mistake of hiring someone just because he quoted me a cheaper price. Whatever the situation is, whether it's a new job, or one he's aware I had initially hired someone else to do, he has always been professional and pleasant.
Really, I will never use another plumber; no one else compares. I have not one complaint for the years worth of work he has done for me and honestly I could rave on and on.
The owner can seem a little gruff at first, but he (the owner, Steve) is genuinely a really great guy and is more than willing to in-depth explain every detail of what he does, so at the end of the day, you know you both have someone extremely knowledgable about what he is doing and who is willing to explain each step (and you know exactly what you're paying for!).
I would and have recommended this plumbing service to anyone who's looking for a great plumber!!
