We contracted with this company in Mid-May 2021 to do some simple repair tasks at our house. THREE MONTHS LATER HE IS STILL NOT 50% DONE. His tasks were to replace a glass pane, repair some wood trim, fix a couple of gutters, replace/fix some screening. At first his worker showed up and worked for a few days, then they just dropped off the radar and were gone for weeks, if they came back it was for 1-2 hours a week. We call several times a week and always get excuses. Once he even gave a medical reason his helper could not work and 1) was probably not true and 2)if true was unprofessional and against HIPA rules. The company had 5 star ratings on Angies List, not sure how, must have put them there himself. Please DO NOT HIRE THIS HANDYMAN SERVICE !!!!!!!

Disappointed in my experience working with this company, BUYER BEWARE. Job was severely underbid and overpromised on timeline. Needed to demo a makeshift bedroom in a garage as well as some roof fascia repairs: * Garage demo went fine. * Original quote was ~$3100; final price was just north of $8500 (there were additional repairs made but certainly not to that extent). Eg, debris removal price nearly tripled. Was told it's very expensive to dump there --- well then you should've estimated that correctly beforehand! * Said they could get the job done in the several days I needed before a home inspection. Job was finally complete 8 days after the inspection date. * Finished product was good, no complaints there. As an out-of-state owner, I feel like I was taken advantage of by them. My realtor did the best he could popping over and providing updates, but w/o me there every day they had a field day. And I couldn't push too hard on the outrageous final bill since I didn't want to jeopardize the sale. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend them, but for simple jobs that don't have a runaway cost potential, should be Ok. Just stay on them.
