Loved the technician Jeff. Took 2 months to order parts. A punch list was made. No follow up on the punch list. I took it upon myself to hire another company MJ Plumbing very professional, quick and courteous. They installed 2 toilettes, an islands faucet all while waiting for parts and follow up with Steve Silva. Then Steve Silva showed up WITHOUT parts and wanted to charge me for their time. Left my master bath faucet unoperationable. Spoke to Gene their manager and he basically told me to go with another company. So I will never use this company again. inefficient. A waste of time. Terrible management, understaffed with only 3 plumbers to service the entire Napa Valley. Use MJ plumbing you won't be disappointed.

OMG...I run a tasting room downtown Napa, and last night our septic system was bigjigetty to say the least. After all the earthquake scare this guy was great. John was his name and he SAVED the day so that we could open tomorrow morning without extra stress. he came in...fixed it...great attitude....and packed up, with a kind goodnight.
Steve Silva Plumbing will be our go to at Nakedwines.com from here on out becauae of him.

We just purchased a home in Napa. The termite inspector had noted a ""possible"" leak in the crawl space under the washer. Having had slab leaks in our former home, this struck terror into our hearts.

The Steve Silva plumber arrived exactly at the time promised. He took time to crawl under the entire house and inspect everything. He pronounced it dry as a bone, even though it was hailing outside at the time. He said some of the previous soldering could reflect back and look like drips but everything was great. What a relief!

He was very careful to be sure that not a piece of dirt came up with him from under the house. He used drop cloths and cleaned up carefully.

Their price was very fair. Especially considering the peace of mind it gave us. Steve Silva will definitely be our go to plumbing service in our new home for years to come.

We had a problem where our washing machine was backing up into the kitchen sink.

They sent out John, who took care of the problem expertly, and gave some great maintenance and future upgrade advice. He was also able to show how the problem was isolated, which made me feel a lot better about the plumbing he didn't have to fix.

Just used them for my floor trap problem, called them, they showed up in about half an hour, John showed up, very professional with confidence he fix thongs up. I would definitely call them up again

Today was the second time we have called Steve Silva Plumbing in the last couple of years. We have issues with our sewer backing up due to tree roots, which we are slowly removing the trees due to their root problems. Their guys are always knowledgable, professional and efficient. I highly recommend them!

Supposed to be the best (and most expensive) in Napa. Tried to use them 4 times on bathroom valve work and stoppages at rentals. Too busy to come the same day I called on any of the calls. Could not fix the stoppage but forgot to call me and let me know. Did a very substandard job on the valve problems that I had to call another plumber to fix.
Finished one job (that I had to call another plumber to re-do) and the tenant asked them to check something else in the house. Plumber told her he didn't have time and left. Would not recommend.

I've rarely had to call a plumber, but today, when my wife discovered water dripping onto our kitchen counter through the ceiling above, I called Steve Silva Plumbing after I turned off the water outside.

The receptionist was courteous despite my frantic call at 8:20 a.m. To my dismay, she reported that all plumbers were busy and none were in our area (Lake Berryessa, 20 miles from Napa) at the moment, but she'd assign someone when he or she became available. I thought, Sure...here we go...the long wait. I settled in to wait, figuring it might be all day before I got a call.

She called back before noon, and 20 minutes later, Mario the Plumber arrived, looking neat and clean, driving a spotless white van. He was courteous and neat; he got out dropcloths and laid them out liberally over the counter, and set to work. Less than 2 hours later, the leak'd been located and repaired. In addition, he spotted several other bad solder joints and re-soldered them before we had another episode of leaking. The most amazing thing was, Mario really cleaned the area after he finished work, which is saying something because he had to remove three sections of wet sheetrock. The water is back on, and we are good to go. Mario even had a recommendation for a good sheetrock repairman for us, to replace the wet insulation and sheetrock.

Fortunately for us, we managed to catch the leak before it had a chance to spray for hours, so damage was minimal. Mario made some good suggestions how to avoid or minimize any further unpleasant surprises or water damage by the use of a remote solenoid valve, and I plan to take him up on it. These guys deserve a ""5"" in my book. My motto is, give praise when earned, and Mario earned it for sure.

Excellent service, friendly, professional, great price. Our bathroom remodel from 10 years ago still looks brand new. Would highly recommend!
