For the past twelve years if we ever needed quality service, Steve has always been there. Along with his team, Phil and Enrique, they replaced our water heater which was complicated to do in our old house. They completed the replacement in record time while they were being careful and making it affordable. Steve is well respected in the Sonoma area and I can see why.
He is thorough, honest and very reasonable.

A great experience should not go unattended to. We had a serious water line leak under our house. The area beneath the house was a wet mess, more like a swamp. In the past we've had a few plumbing issues and used a number of local plumbers, most of them were OK but nothing to write home about but in the last two days we've had the best plumbing company and crew EVER, they are the platinum standard. SRP did the job, quickly and successfully. Their price was right. Their work team of Phil and Enrique was ""on point"" from beginning to end. Even their office manager was both friendly and extremely helpful. What a great experience to encounter skilled plumbers! For us any and all future plumbing problems or issues will be handled by SRP. Raffaini Plumbing delivers excellent service. We have used them a few times and they have always been prompt and have fixed whatever problem we have had. We had a major backup today and within 30 minutes of my call Phil was there and got the problem resolved immediately. He and his assistant also took the extra time to deal with other issues that needed attention. They were efficient, courteous and extremely competent. It's rare I take the time to write a review, but had to write this right after they left. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Steve and his crew are awesome! He installed a new toilet for me via a county-funded conservation program. He worked with me to get the product I wanted, and when a house design problem arose requiring something different, he went out of his way to find another product that would work, and still got it installed within an hour the same day. We've used Steve two times now and he was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. The first time we learned that our water heater had a small gas leak and we needed to get a new tube installed. He was able to come about an hour after my call and was done in 15 minutes.

The second time, one of our renters had clogged our garbage disposal and they were able to fit us in the same afternoon. He cleared the disposal and double checked our dishwasher and sink to make sure there weren't any other hidden issues.

His prices are fair and again, he's fast and super knowledgeable. We'll definitely continue to use Steve for any of our plumbing needs!

Steve Raffaini is the best. Our septic system suffered a collapsed outflow pipe. We were in dire straits. He and his crew replaced all the pipe and got the system functioning again in under a day. He's also just a nice guy!
