I called Steve during Labor Day weekend and he didn't hesitate to offer help at an extremely reasonable price. The issue was resolved in 15 mins and we could not be happier. His pricing is about 3 times less than the Andersons or Bill Howes plumbing. Call Steve. He's not out to get you and backs his work! I support reliable local small businesses and Steve Parsons is a no nonsense professional.

Steve and Alex have worked on different projects for me and have always come through. I like that they're no-nonsense and give me all my options. They're usually able to come the same-day or next-day, which is great for me because I have rental properties where I need a fix fast.
As one other person mentioned, I do feel like the prices have gone up a bit. I did have another guy offer to do a job for much cheaper, but later I found out he was unlicensed- which always worries me. Can you find an unlicensed guy on craigslist to do the job for cheaper? Definitely. But then there's no accountability if the guy screws up. At this point, Steve is still my go-to guy whenever I need an issue fixed.

Steve and his nephew came out today to unclog 2 drains, fix a leak and install a new garbage disposal. Steve was very friendly on the phone and in person as was his nephew. His prices were reasonable and he takes credit cards, which I had to use. They were very quick and got the job done in less than a half hour. Closer to 20 min. Once work complete, Steve walked me thru all the work they did and showed me that everything was working and fixed. No problems so far, they just left. So, based on my experience thus far, I have to give them 5 stars. Thanks guys!

I called Steve parsons for repair to 3 showers. he sent a man named Alex.

Alex never hardly worked on the showers--leaving saying he was ""just learning"" and would send his boss back the next day.

BUT, he spent 15 minutes walking all over my house commenting on how nice it is and asking when we'd be gone and when I was home alone, and a lot of very inappropriate questions. I felt i had to watch his every move.

Then he started cornering me and touching my arm --when it was totally unnecessary. His pupils were as dilated as his irises.

I reported this to Steve Parsons the owner, and he got very defensive, started yelling at me, and the whole experience made me so uncomfortable, I decided I better report it to YELP, for future potential customers. I, for one, will never let them near my home again.

Steve's the best. If you want an affordable and honest plumber call Steve. A few years ago when my local plumbing company priced themselves out of work at my home I found Steve on Craigslist. That might scare some people but Steve is a licensed plumber and does his work quickly and efficiently and his prices are the best.
Last week I had a drain problem and called Steve, He sent someone out that day and they cleared the drain he ran the snake through two clean outs and the roof vent before it did. Five days later the same drain backed up and he sent someone to do it again but this time had no luck snaking all three spots and and another roof vent. The next day Steve came out with another helper and worked an hour and a half to clean that drain it was at the end of a fifty foot line from the back of my home. All that work was done for the initial estimate and he came out in each instance when i needed him.
Steve has done numerous plumbing jobs for me over the past few years and we are always happy with his work. So for your next plumbing job give Steve a call , save some money and know that he stands behind his work.

I have used 'Steve Parsons Plumbing' on four separate occasions, which included snaking three clogged drains, and replacing both a water heater and kitchen faucet.

Steve has always been courteous and on time, and I have found that his prices are hard to beat. Steve does use a helper, so the jobs are completed in a timely manner. He also accepts credit cards, which is a bonus!

I will definitely continue to use Steve Parsons Plumbing whenever the need arises, and I would recommend him for your plumbing needs, (which I already have to some people that I know).
