Steve dose a great job! Well rounded knows a lot about the sewer systems and how to keep them free of debris.
Also knows a lot about Plumber. Actually is a really good plumber. I have use Steve and his crew often for plumbing and he makes it easy! Water heaters pressure valve repipes of copper line relocations etc. He Installs bathtubs, showers pans& valves and replaces faucets too.

I found Steve Parsons Plumbing via Craigslist quite a few years back for an emergency at my home. It was an after hours call but him and one other guy came out and handled the job professionally until it was fixed. He and his team have always been very reliable and fairly priced. I've recommended him to so many people who too have been very please with them. I recently bought a new dishwasher, I was being very lazy and didn't want to install it myself so I called Steve Parsons plumbing and they were there that day, got the job done quick and easy. I have been using Steve Parsons for the past year for all kinds of plumbing issues. I have a 1959 house with some old pipes that require routine care. Last year I had a terrible sewer blockage affecting the entire house. I called three reputable plumbers, but none of them were able to unclog the drain. One of the plumbers even tried to hydro through the pipes but was unsuccessful. I received Steve's number from a family friend and gave him a try. Wow, I am so glad I did, because he was able to get through the clogged drain.

About three months ago, I called Steve Parsons again for a leak coming from the Delta shower cartridge, which is located behind the shower handle. This was not an easy fix considering the age of my home, but once again he fixed the problem.

Today, I called Steve Parsons for a clogged shower drain in the master bathroom, and once again his employee (Ed) showed up on time as promised. Ed did a great job unclogging the drain, and being careful not to track dirt in the house. Thanks Steve Parsons for coming through; honest, dependable and reasonably priced!

It's the second time we contact Steve and he always responds in a promptly manner, is professional and has reasonable rates.

The first time we contacted Steve we were out of the country and had an emergency at one of the rentals; the water heater stopped working during a 3-day weekend. Steve immediately replied to our texts and e-mails and got the job done the very next day, when he arranged time with tenant. Steve sent us pictures to keep us posted to what the problem was and how he solved it. This was over six months ago and, so far, we haven't had any issues with this problem after he fixed it.

We just had to contact Steve again for a leak that was happening in another tenant's place. Steve responded to our text and calls very quickly, got the job done (sent us these pictures of before and after).

We see Steve as a reliable, competent professional who has fair rates and will not take advantage of you (even when you cannot be present to see).
