David N.They came and said they fixed my faucet. It was on the hot side and then one day later it was leaking again. They sent me a bill and I didn't think I should pay it.I then had a blockage in my .ain drain and called them and they said oh you have to pay for the other first.I explained why I shouldnt. She didn't care.I then paid it for some stupid reason and made an appointment for the next day.I told her I work at night and need a late appointment.she called me first thing in the morning. Then she talked over me on the phone and was rude. She was loud and rude and aggressive.I said well if you would listen instead of trying to talk over me you'd hear something. Then I got a different plumber and tried to call and she put me on hold about ten times.Im very sure she was just seeing the caller ID and playing a childish game. This is not how you do business. This is not how you talk to people. She didn't care about my sleep schedule or that the work failed that they did.
water heater replacement odd type of water heater (table top) fast service (next day) tech arrived with correct water heater done in less than 6 hours with added copper lines expansion tank added cut off valves on bot water heater lines and on expansion tank to aid if future service needed (forward thinking) job done cleaned up area and verified hot water and no leaks within 6 hours for less than half of price quoted by hiller.
Great service! We had a small meter leak and they were here within a few hours after calling. Leah asnswered the phone and was very nice and professional. TJ came out and got it done within an hour. He was very nice and professional as well. Very happy customer.
TERRIBLE Customer Service!
I called a week in advance to schedule an appointment, which I later confirmed the day prior to my appointment. Steve Mull Plumbing was scheduled to arrive at my house between 8-9am. At 11am, I called to see when they would be there. They said they had an emergency call and would get to me asap. At 2:45pm, I called again and was informed they would not be coming to my house.
I understand emergencies happen, but Steve Mull Plumbing did not even have the courtesy to call me, and let me know they would not be coming as scheduled (one week in advance).
PATHETIC Customer Service!
Jordan S.I should have came here and read the reviews first.. however, the plumber who came out was nice enough and did a decent job. It is when I got my bill that I lost all faith in this company.
I called on a Saturday and was told they could come out Monday morning to fix the issue. I was told that there is a 45 or 49 dollar service charge and then there was a flat rate of 65/hr.
Now, to the actual service. To complete the job I was needed as well as my flashlight and my vacuum. Also, the cabinet where the pipe was fixed was not put back properly so all my pots and pans came crashing down and woke up the kid... The plumber called at 9:30ish and said he was on his way. I live in East Nashville and I guess they are coming from Lebanon. He pulled into the drive at 10:55. According to the ""owner"" I was already in the hole over a hundred bucks before he set foot inside. The work started at 11am and was done at 1:30pm. I was helping the whole time. We needed a piece of pvc pipe and a few of the little connectors (3 bucks at home depot). Billed me at 500 bucks.
Long story short: I refused to pay had the plumber call his boss, his boss was a very rude guy... also mentioned he does not care about online reviews. I was charged 100$ for parts.. I just got back from home depot where I priced everything- it was under 20$ (way under)
DO NOT USE. THERE IS ZERO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER. LIED. OVERCHARGED. MANIPULATED HOURS AND PARTS COSTS.
Rob N.Had them out to fix what a different plumber could not. Good rates, professional people and showed up when promised.
Gerri A.We have used this company for over 25 years. Have never used another plumber so can't really compare service - but have never had a need to use a different plumber. They always come within a day or two of my phone call, and have also come out on emergency. Even came back a few days after installing almost 500 ft of new line, as well as move our main cut off, just to check on things. Very family oriented company! Thank you!!!
I would give ZERO star review if I could. I have 2 septic tanks. We needed to have our 2nd tank located so I called the plumber that, according to my receipts from the previous home owner, installed the tank. I called on a Wednesday that I needed it located by Friday and acknowledged that I was aware that I was calling last minute but they put me on the schedule for a Thursday. I called at 3:30 to get an update when no one had showed and was told they were ""doing their best to get someone out to me"". At 4:30 I got a call from the office manager, who had NO idea I was on the schedule, and was told that no one was coming but someone could come out 1st thing Friday. If I had known that there was no guarantee I would have called around to see if I could find a tech that WOULD be able to guarantee they could be out. I had a 12x40 barn being delivered Friday A.M. and needed to make sure that it wasn't being set on top of the tank. Thankfully we are pretty sure we know where it is. The tech shows on Friday while the barn is being set on the ground already and tells me that there is no way for him to locate the tank and that ""the girl that does the schedule should have told me that"". I showed him the receipt from the install and he called his boss, the owner, because he was the tech that did the job and ""if he did it, he will remember it"". He walked back over to tell me that the tech, who is the OWNER, would be by to check it out... this was on August 3rd, it's now August 15th and I am STILL waiting for Steve Mull to show up at my house or at least give me a courtesy call. WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN... EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Linda J.These folks were prompt, honest, professional, and affordable! We will look nowhere else from now on when we need plumbing done! We called on a Sunday afternoon, they were out by Monday afternoon (wouldve been sooner had I realized the first time they called). Were in and out within a couple of hours after installing a double sink in our master (went from single vanity to double). A+++
A couple of months ago, an employee comes out here to check a leaking outside faucet. He replaced the bib washer but said the faucet would have to be replaced. Aaron said it would be around $200 dollars and they would have to drill into the brick. Different person, same company, comes out today and informs me they are going to have to tear into the drywall inside the house due to a slab foundation to change the faucet. Was in no way, shape, form, fashion, or manner prepared or previously told that! Steve Mull Plumbing, you need your guys to gets their stories straight or hire guys who know what they are talking about! Extremely irritated would pretty much describe my mood at the moment!
