Excellent response time and willingness to work with me! I reached out to Steve one morning when our hot water tank started leaking. He was able to send his son out within a couple of hours to make sure the leak was delt with asap. A short term fix was done to prevent any further damage and they were able to come back the next day to replace the hot water heater. I am very grateful for their professionalism and ability to work quickly and willingness to help on such short notice. Very happy that I found them on Yelp. The response time was fast and the scheduling was super easy. Jesse- Steve's son took care of my water softener install. He was professional, polite, and does a very thorough job. I would use them again with any plumbing work in a heart beat. Their pricing comparing to what Amazon was quoting me was quite competitive. I have had Jesse, Steve's son, come to my home three times in the past year, and I have had a very positive experience every time. Last winter, our water meter froze in the front lawn because our pit was slightly open. It burst, and sprayed water, as well as stopped the water going into my house. Steve was very quick to answer the phone, and talked to me calmly while I was highly stressed after having no water in my home for three days. He did what he could to adjust the schedule so that Jesse could come help me, at a time when I'm sure many other homes were experiencing busted pipes due to the freezing temperatures. Jesse was friendly and explained what was happening clearly. He drained the pit, explained what I needed to tell the city so they could fix the meter, and left me with a quote to fix the actual pit when the weather warmed so this wouldn't happen again. Steve and Jesse helped me get through my stress and frustration, and also taught me some things I didn't know yet about home ownership.

This fall, Jesse fixed two leaky toilets, and again, explained everything he was doing before proceeding, and was very clear about pricing. He was also kind enough to talk us through some other unrelated questions we had for possible future work.

Finally, Jesse came out recently to fix the water meter pit. Same experience - friendly, quality work, clear expectations, etc. He left the area looking very nice, and gave us good instructions for getting grass seed down quickly to make it blend with our yard again.

Each time I've called, Steve has been ready and willing to work with me on information, scheduling, and pricing. Jesse has been a pleasure to have in my home. I would HIGHLY recommend Steve and Jesse to anyone needing plumbing work, and we look forward to calling them again in the future when we do some home renovations!

Super impressed with the service and price that I received from this company. I'm new to the area so I am having to rely on reviews to get work done on our new home. Found out we needed our sump pump replaced so I called around and this company had the best price and was able to fit me into their schedule right away. We've used Steve's services for a sump pump w/backup, frig water line, bathroom pipe repairs, and more over the last 3 years. They have done an excellent job every time and have been very flexible and quick on timing. Every single installation has been trouble free from day one. What started out as a positive experience ended up being not so great.

I had a Steve lined up to come today (3/4/19). I felt very comfortable with him and his reviews. I took a half day off of work and was home by 11:45 at the latest. Steve called and texted at 12:04 to say ""his plumber was on his way and was I home?"" I didn't hear his phone call or text, either because I walked outside to the mailbox at one point or just didn't hear it when I was mopping the floor. I called Steve around thirty minutes after his initial phone call and he curtly told me he sent his worker (his son) to another location. Note: I was home. He said he would send his son out ""between 12:30 and 1:30, after he finished up with his previous job."" He never said he would call ahead of time. I had just texted him pictures of the water damage the previous night (3/3/19) so, obviously, I was going to be home.

There was no excuse for what he did. His reasoning was they ""always call ahead of time because customers change their minds."" That was NEVER mentioned to me.

I was very clear that he was the plumber I wanted to use, and that I was taking a half day off. Obviously, I planned to be home if I texted him on Sunday night at 7:00, showing him pictures of the water damage in my home.

I would never treat a customer like this, and as a result, I would never recommend him to anyone.

Had an error code on my 5 1/2 year old hot water heater so it wouldn't kick on. The son came by and looked at it (for 2 mins) and said I needed a new hot water heater after consulting with his father. Quoted me $1,900 for a new unit with installation.
I called the Mfg (AO Smith) myself and found it was still under warranty. Tech Support told me the code was a dirty flame sensor and sent me instructions on how to fix it. Took all of 10 mins, cost me $0, and it's working perfectly fine.
Do your homework, call the manufacturer, and get multiple estimates if you need work.
