Steve repaired my unit's fan today, and while I am super thankful not to be going to sleep in a freezing cold house, I am even more thankful to have found an honest, reliable and professional person to call when in need. Steve responded to my request immediately, squeezed me in same day, showed up on time (even a little early) and fixed my unit in a timely manner. He found that something was not installed properly and fixed it for the cost of his service call. You always worry in this sort of situation if you are going to be ripped off and sold a bunch of expensive parts that you don't actually need. Honestly we put the call off way longer than we should have, mostly cause we were worried we were going to hear we needed to spend hundreds of dollars to fix whatever was broken. Anyway, this guy is the real deal and honest, I highly recommend giving Steve a call for your HVAC needs!

I recently used Steve Moore Quality Air for replacement of my water heater. I choose him after reading yelp reviews, and I can say the yelp reviews were accurate. So grateful for his services. I just purchased a house with a 15 yr old water heater, needing replacement. I realized one morning I had no hot water, couldn't get the pilot to stay on. When I called, he didn't have availability to come that day, but he had me send pictures of my model, and he was able to give me instructions for a temporary fix over the phone, until we could schedule a replacement. He went above and beyond. Now I'm very happy with my new replacement. Very grateful and highly recommended his services.

Simply the best!! Steve not only diagnosed the electrical problem with the heater in my home but he also replaced the faulty motor that was making so much noise so that I didn't have to replace the entire unit. He is professional, knowledgeable and honest. He could have easily persuaded me to get a new unit, but instead said I only needed to replace the motor. I felt his bill was very low for all that he did. He came to my house to diagnose the problem and made a repeat trip when the parts came in. He only charged for the one visit. He is top notch and I highly recommend him. It is hard to a contractor to live up to my requirements, but he did in every way.

I hired Steve Moore Quality Air to do a pre-winter furnace check-up. Steve is very professional and personable. He explained everything he did, cleaned vents I didn't expect him to do, and was very thorough. He offered ways for me to maintain the furnace to keep it in tip top shape. Steve and his buddy Beau installed a new ac unit for us last week and they were outstanding. They removed our 15 year old unit and installed the new one like seasoned pros. Their attention to detail was better than anyone I have ever hired. Steve is honest, his pricing was by far the best I found, he is extremely knowledge, patient, enthusiastic and kind. He and Beau both exceeded my expectations by painting behind the old unit and installing a new exterior light. Steve also provided 4 free air filters, 1 year free maintenance on our system and a 3 year labor warranty. Such a deal by a quality owner/operator! And I was extremely pleased that Steve did not try to up-sell me like several of the other companies tried to do. I highly recommend Steve Moore Quality Heating and Air Conditioning!

Steve serviced our three A/C units today. He did a great job. He was on time and very professional. He had to recharge one unit and we put a plan in place to look at it again in a few months to ensure there isn't a leak. I will definitely use his services again. And I have referred him to my friends that were looking for an A/C service company.
