I'm a Real Estate broker and I manage several rental properties for my clients. When our AC started blowing warm air last year, we hired another company to come take a look at the unit to do an inspection.

They told us that the unit needed new coils, leak repair, filter, etc. etc and the list goes on and on. They quoted us almost $3,000 for a AC unit that was only a few years old. So the owner decided to hold off onto making any repairs until she could come up with the means to do something about it.

That's when I called Steve Moore Quality Air, he got us an appointment as soon as he could and showed up on time. He inspected the unit thoroughly and told us the AC needed refrigerant, which was only a $40 or so solution. He also wanted to clean our filter to make sure it flowed smoothly. We didn't have a hose long enough to reach our unit outside, so he got creative and attached the hose to our water heater in the garage. After he was done washing down the filter, he noticed a small water leak coming from the water heater so he drove all the way to homedepot to get a cap to make sure it wouldn't be an issue.

The tenants called me and told me the AC was blowing cold air, no more issues, and my client saved literally thousands of dollars. I wish there were more honest people like this. They earned a customer for life. Highly recommend.

We just had Steve Moore Quality Air install a complete new 3.5 ton air conditioning and heating system in our home in Carlsbad. This is the six such install we have had over the years in various houses we have owned. This was the best experience we have had with this type of project. Steve evaluated our needs, sized the proper system and gave us a very competitive estimate.
He and his helper showed up on time, protected our surfaces and worked diligently to remove the old heating system from the attic, install the new furnace, and AC unit outside. The work was competed in under two days, with workmanship and tidiness done to a very high standard. Actually the best we've experienced

I called Steve for help with our AC based on his Yelp review. I prefer to have working owners do repairs/install on our home when possible. Steve has 15 years of experience as a working owner, and was easy to schedule, and punctual. He was thorough and honest in his assessment of the issue, and gave us a clear, concise breakdown of our issue. His pricing was very fair, (which can be a challenge with AC guys in peak season). He's a super nice guy with a casual demeanor, and is a pleasure to work with.

Steve installed my air conditioning unit a year ago . First of all he's a super nice person if you have any troubles at all he stands by his work .My AC wasn't turning on . Ten stars for Steve!! We had a water leak caused by condensation from our air conditioning system during a heatwave on a very busy weekend. Steve made an effort to come out early on a Saturday morning to address the issue right away for us. He was very quickly able to troubleshoot the issue and quickly resolve the leak. Not only was he extremely efficient and accurate in diagnosing the problem, he was very personable and is a genuinely very nice person. He was able to help me easily understand what he was testing and why and what the potential causes of the problem could be. In addition to his great service, his rate was extremely reasonable!
