I called Steve this morning and he was here in 4 hours! And in between he was in constant contact with me, even letting me know when he was in my driveway. He came with a mask on correctly (really important to me!). Sadly, this was not a job for him but he recommended a cesspool company, also with good reviews, and they are coming today too. Steve also took the time to discuss other future projects with me. It was a pleasure working with him and even though I don't want anything to break in my house, I look forward to calling him again! Also, price for the call was very reasonable. Thank you Steve!!

Steve is a true professional. He comes when he says he can come. If it's not an emergency you will have to wait but put it in perspective: a leak is an annoyance, someone who has no heat has to come ahead of you. Steve replaced my entire furnace system expertly( almost a work of art). He is trustworthy. He will do the job for the estimate he gives you. He has a very funny ( yet wry) sense of humor but does it all while getting your job done. He also repaired a number of leaks in my house for a fair price. Bottom line, if you need a plumber hire Steve and don't think twice ; it will be the best decision you ever made.

Called Steve in the morning and he answered. (First miracle!) I told him about my clogged toilet, he gave me an estimate over the phone, which I really appreciated. He gave me a timeframe and stuck to it! He texted me when he was on his way. Came- fixed it- stuck to his phone estimate! He left me disposable rubber gloves and followed up 2 days later to be sure everything was working fine. It was! Definitely recommend this guy!!!

Excellent plumber! Not only did Steve fix a busted pipe in our kitchen but also swapped out and hooked up the dishwasher for us so that Home Depot didn't have to return to hook up the new unit. We will definitely use him again. Thank you!

It is so refreshing to come across someone so professional , reliable, efficient , fair and honest ! I needed to replace a sink , faucet and vanity in a rental immediately, and he not only made the time ASAP ,he sent me photos of exactly what I needed to buy ! Highly recommend!!! Steve is extremely responsive and very professional. We called him with a kitchen sink that seemed to have lost all water pressure. Steve was very busy, but committed to coming over the next day, which was better than the other 4 plumbers we called- 3 of which never returned our call. At the last minute that day, he texted to say he was nearby and could come by, which we were thrilled about. He quickly figured out the problem with the sink (a rubber washer had broken apart into pieces blocking the water flow) and he was able to fix it. He was efficient in suggesting that he had an extra faucet in the car he could put in place for us, if needed. It turned out our faucet was a professional one, however, so if it indeed had been broken, we would have had to special order it. Steve is funny, fast, efficient, and made the whole stressful experience much less difficult. We were lucky that he was able to come over quickly, and appreciate his quick responsiveness. He is now our go-to plumber and we will definitely be calling him again.
