Water company reached out to us letting us know our bill shot up to $4,000.
After Steve came out to have a look he found a leak in one of the main lines.

He was able to arrive quickly and get it patched up as best as possible within a few hours to stop the majority of the leak.

Very quick to respond (given that he is crawling in areas that often don't have service) very polite and professional, and very knowledgeable.

Steve removed a water pump from my water heaters
and told me the replacement cost would be $1500.00 ($1000.00
for the pump and $500.00 in labor). A replacement unit from
Grundfos (different serial #) can be purchased at Home Depot at $382.29.
Steve told me he found a smaller and cheaper unit and
the cost would be $950.00. I asked what type of unit would
he be installing. That was March 12th. I have yet to hear back.
