Contacted Kelso's plumbing for a leak in my main stack behind the walls. They were able to schedule someone to come out for an estimate fairly quickly.The plumber that came out said he would relay the information to the owner to give me the actual estimate after his visit. I never heard anything, so days later I contacted the office and they didn't have any info about his visit so they scheduled someone else to come out. He came out and also stated it seemed to be a cracked stack somewhere behind the walls. They said they would have to schedule someone to actually come tear into the wall to know what we're dealing with and give me an estimate. So third appt. was scheduled for first thing around 9am. The day of appt. I received a call from Lisa in the office that he would be here shortly. I called back at 1015, still no one. She stated he had to go do another appointment and then would be coming to me. After noon I received a call from the plumber himself that he wouldn't be able to come do the job that he didn't have anyone reliable to help him bc it's a two man job. I called the office and received a call back 4 hours later that he did not communicate that to them. I will not be using this company nor do I recommend them after this poor communication and unreliability.

Jimmy showed up on time, wore a mask and did a great job changing my water heater. Very friendly and professional and didn't overcharge me. Very thorough. Will definitely use again and certainly recommend

The receptionist was very friendly and understanding. Which means a lot since that is the first impression of the company that you get.
I made an appointment to get a leak in my bathroom fixed and grant it they were late but when i called the receptionist apologized up and down saying they were low staffed that day, so with her tone and the explanation I was very understanding and not holding that against them (life happens)
I had to go to work so i wasn't there when the plumber was there but my sister in law said the guy was really nice and helpful. Completed the job quickly and even showed where the main water shut off was (I wasn't aware)
The cost was efficient, and they even said they would bill me and i can pay online which is REALLY efficient and helpful! I will be calling them again with any and all plumbing issues!
