Unprofessional and rude. Left us with two inoperable toilets and said he couldn't fix it and forgot to reseal the toilets then refused to reseal them. Avoid at all costs

I called Steve about replacing Kitchen faucet. He quoted a price of $185 for replacing kitchen facuet. I asked him to replace the water filter faucet too.

Instead of giving a quote and letting me decide he fixed it and charged an extra $135. When I mentioned that is more expensive (double the price )than the water filter faucet itself, he threatended to remove the new one and said that old one cannot be fixed.

I regret calling him to get it fixed. Sharing this review so that others will not have a similar experience.

We had a few problems in the house, a running toilet and a sink that was clogged. Steve was very friendly and professional. The toilet installation went smoothly, and he was able to adapt to a broken flange. He gave me a quote for the sink and we scheduled a visit for the following week. I wasn't able to be there (my parents were home however) but Steve sent me pictures of the job once it was done. I would highly recommend his services!

James was on site within 30 minutes. We had a leaky bathroom faucet with a broken stem and a stuck cartridge (10+ year old shower faucet with heavy mineralization). James managed to remove the cartridge, clean the valve, and seat the new cartridge and made sure that the valve did not leak.

If you prompt service, I would highly recommend SK Plumbing.

Steve is the MOST EXPENSIVE plumber you will ever find. He fixed a shower handle, in 2 weeks it came out - he comes to fix it and charge another $65... found it really ridiculous. I am never going to hire Steve (SK Plumbing for any job) and will NEVER recommend to any friend .

Steve was my 6th calls on a Saturday night. He picked up the phone promptly and came in less than 20 minutes. He evaluated the situation and got straight to work. After 1.5 hrs, he was done. Price was completely reasonable for coming out on Saturday night. I will be calling Steve to follow up with some maintenance. This business is highly recommended.
