We have had Steve Hatcher sewer & drain service repair for over two years as our plumbing contractor. They take advantage of our commercial company in the way of expense, thorough job completion, clean up, and man power.

I can say for them that they are prompt on getting you service.

Because they were short on man power, I was asked for assistance. I should have refused. I almost lost the end of my ring fingers last joint. Then was left with a massive mess to have cleaned up. We had to wait 9 days for the hot water heater to come in to install. That is a long time for our employees to wait for hot water.

Tech was very professional...however, I was quoted a price for "repair" I opted to "replace" due to age of unit....was NEVER told cost would be different and was hit with a $734 Bill for less than 2 hours of time! Love to be told no one would do for $138 and hour.....and I wasn't actually charged for everything! Spoke with owner, and although he disagreed with me...agreed to reduce charges. I appreciated the response and follow-up call from his Ofc manager confirming charges.
