AMAZING PLUMBER! I needed to send a shout out for Steve the Plumber. I found Steve Harp Nextdoor and I have used him many times since. He always finds a way to fit me in his schedule ( it seems all my plumbing issues have been ""emergencies ?) This morning I called about installing a new water heater because mine had stopped working. Steve said ""why don't you just fix it?"" It turned out that it was a newer one and may still be under warranty. He directed me on how to handle getting in touch with the company and magically it was under warranty and the part is being sent. In the meantime he managed to find the part in his truck and came and fixed it temporarily until the new one arrives. He is honest, thorough, neat and so very accommodating. Make him YOUR plumber!!! You will not be disappointed

Our hot water heater has been on the fritz for some time now -- and I called Steve after seeing his glowing reviews from some of my neighbors. He had me send him some photos of the unit (which turns out to be almost 30 years old)! We discussed what would be the proper size replacement heater for my family and Steve gave me a quote over the phone. Steve called before our appointment to confirm, and he and his son Randy were punctual, friendly and professional. They not only swapped out the water heater, and strapped in the new one with all new hoses and earthquake straps, but they also repaired the metal closet that houses the water heater. Steve was very honest and upfront about the price ahead of time, and the price was very fair. Thanks Steve and Randy!

I had Steve and his son out this morning and he unclogged a kitchen drain. He also fixed a leaky pipe, rerouted the garbage disposal which was installed incorrectly and replaced a fitting which had been installed with an incorrect connector. He did all of this efficiently, quickly and was very fairly priced. I was very pleased and will definitely have him back next time I need any plumbing work done.

Steve and son came as promised 5:30 Monday evening to unclog sewage clean out on side of house. Weather drizzly and he correctly called, ""only one cloud, no rain."" 20 min to chisel loose rusted clean out cap, charged 20$ for that. Then next 30-45 min of putting down almost 150 feet of router in as night fell. Cold night. Got out handful of tree root. Line cleared!!

Total bill 170$, and I added gave tip. They surely earned it!

I asked him about his guess on weather, ""I surf. Surfer gotta know that."" He has has been doing plumbing for 41 years as of 2019.
