I was having problems with my water heater. I checked with several businesses and a good friend ended up giving me Steve's information. When I called him, he asked some questions and he requested that I send him some pictures. He got back to me and he provided me with a solid quote, as well a some great information. He fit me into his schedule within a very reasonable amount of time.

Mike and Gene showed up as promised. They did a great job. They were both respectful of my property and they answered all of the questions I had. They finished the job faster than expected, saving me money!

I can't say enough positive things about Steve, Mike, and Gene. Thank you for all of your hard work. Any time I have a plumbing issue, you will be the first call I make.

Our toilets and shower were backing up and another plumber came out this morning and said they can't fix my problem because he couldn't find the main clean out. I called Steve Garrison Plumbing and spoke to Jimmy. He came right over and tried to find the clean out with no luck. He called another employee, Alex, who had the tools on his truck to locate the sewer line. Together they located the sewer line and will be installing a clean out in the near future.
They were able to clear the back up in my house using the kitchen clean out. Alex will also be installing 2 new toilets for me when I get them.
I just want to thank Jimmy and Alex for all their help today. I really appreciate it!!!

The annual flushing of the hot water heater is a quick easy (they do the work) way to avoid problems. My hot water heater was ""singing"" after the tank was flushed, the heating unit cleaned it fell silent. I really didn't understand why the heater needed annual flushing, but thanks to Alex's patient explanation I will not ignore my tanks annual maintainer.
This is a plumbing company that always delivers a great result in a timely way & you feel confident the job was done right & happy to recommend them to family and friends.

Called For an estimate to move our range gas line. Steve was professional and gave us facts on how to repair. He spent the time to answer all of our questions. We felt extremely comfortable with Steve so we set up an appointment. Not only did he execute exactly to the plan but he called to see if we wanted it done earlier as an opening had come up. He had a technician out within an hour of the call. Josh arrived promptly and began his work. They charge by the hour so you fear they will take their time but not Josh. He executed the plan cleanly and with precision. By the way, he as $200.00 cheaper than the next estimate. When you find a good plumber you stick with them, we found ours and will have Steve and his team come out to replace our water heater soon. Josh, thank you for doing such a great job! We really appreciate your professionalism!

My well is not bad. The water quality passed normal testing for a real estate purchase but had more hardness and TDS then desired. I provided the tests and was actually told the system they installed would solve my problems and it didn't. The TDS remained very high and the water continued to leave residue. While it was softer, the system did not fix what I specifically stated was of concern. I was never told upfront to try the first system then do additional testing. I didn't pay because they were avoiding me and not addressing the fact the system wasn't working as promised. It is sad I had to withhold payment to get a response. I paid once they responded and only after much back and forth was I asked to pay to have silica testing done. I did the testing and once again followed up several times for a solution. The supplier told me multiple times he sent a quote for a new system to Steve. A quote I was never provided. I finally asked the supplier for a referral and he provided me with two new plumbing companies to use.
For what it's worth, it could have been because I'm female. His own staff advised he doesn't work well with women and is likely why he's not married. The whole experience was very negative.

Got a call from my housekeeper that my cupboard with all my cookbooks was flooded in the kitchen. We were out of town. Came home last night made a call to Steve this morning at 9:00 and by 11:30 the problem was resolved. I have used this company before but forgot to write a review. Their customer service is amazing and Josh the technician was so friendly and professional!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much and I hope you are in business forever!!!
