I feel fortunate to say that I have a someone I trust in the plumbing business. It had been years since I had called Steve to the house for a plumbing problem, but he remembered me like it was last week. He remembered more about the last job he did for us than I did. I know that may not seem very important to most people, but it was another sign that we were in good hands to my wife & I. Without reading into it too much, I chalked it up as an example of a guy that cares about his business which means caring about his customers. Long story short, we have used Steve Cropper sicne we moved to our current home in 1996. he has always been good about getting back with us, honoring his estimate and finishing the job quickly. I dont know how other plumbers do it these days, but he always leaves the area he's working in cleaner than it was when he arrived to do the job. I confidently recommend Steve Cropper to friends & family when they run into a plumbing problem.

I first found Steve Cropper in the phone book about 15 years ago. we have used him probably 10 times since then and have always fellt like we received great service with very fair prices. My co-worker needed a new water heater and I told him to call Steve. I am usually very reluctant to refer anyone these days, but I felt good about telling him to call Steve. Two days later my co-worker bought my lunch for recommending Steve Cropper to him. Steve had the best price of the 3 quotes he received for replacing the water heater and was able to get out there the soonest.
