This company quoted my widowed mother $700 to replace a sump pump that had a broken float. The pump was fine, and I fixed it for $40. I'd be ashamed of myself for conducting business in this manner. Not much else to say. There's some dirty people out there.

Steve and team, are fair, honest, hardworking folks. Had them come out to do an inspection of my system, and they answered all my questions (even my dumb ones) beyond my satisfaction. They were prompt, and efficient, and came well-prepared to deal with any issue I was having (though thankfully it turned out to be nothing.) They were happy to share any number of services they offered, but never tried to hard sell me anything besides what I had asked for. I appreciated their approach and their thoroughness. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I received same day service to have my septic tank pumped. They called ahead to let me know they were on the way and arrived at the time they said. They took the time to explain how my septic system works and also checked the operation of a sump pump in my basement while they were there. I highly recommend this business.

We were very disappointed in the service that we received with this company. Had problems with toilet drain had to come back 2 more times and was angry with us for having to call back , because problem was not fixed. We felt that we were treated with disrepect With numerous comments including this is ridiculous that we are back here again. Since the time of our service with them, our toilet continued to gurgel or at times not want to flush, until finally it would not flush at all with our overflowing, called back and we were told that it would be automatic $150 just to come out . We decided that it was time to call another company. The company that we had come out used a camera to detect the problem, what they found was a broken blade that was left in sewer pipe. Contacted the manager of B & B and was told it wasn't theres and yet had no one else here in approximately 10 years . I would never contact this business for any service, they do not stand by there work.
