I would not recommend this company to anyone. I called them for a broken pipe that was leaking in my gargae. The technician was friendly and all seemed fine when he left. Except the pipe was still leaking. I called to have him return and this is where the headaches began. I made two appointments and twice the plumber didn't show and didn't even bother to call. More phone calles were made before he finally returned. He replaced more pipes, charged me again, and after he left, the pipe started leaking...again. I called and left a message which was finally responded to days later. After speaking to the woman who makes the appointments,(and only works on Friday, for some reason) I was told I would be contacted by the plumber for him to return and fix the problem. That was now weeks ago. In short, I was treated horribly, charged over $500 and still have a leaky pipe. This was a simple job and it still was too much for them.

Steve Adams and his team were so quick to respond when I had an emergency in my restaurant. They came in, diagnosed the problem and had me up and running in an hour or less. They were professional and courteous! I have already recommended to friends and if I have an issue in my home, they will certainly be the ones that I call!

When I had a problem with my house well water pump.. it was Steve Adams Crew that showed up and removed and replaced my defective water pump. They installed a new water pump, and new wires as needed . With in hours my system was up and running. .... All at a very fair price...

These guys were great! They persevered to fix a leak in the well pump despite the cold snowstorm. They made two trips on the same day to get it done. They provided a clever and thorough fix so that we would have water until the spring melt. Thanks for a great job. They also were respectful of Covid and our house.

I have a brand new house and the plumbing subcontractors were Steve Adams Plumbing & Heating who are substandard plumbers. I have had numerous problems with my plumbing ranging from no heat and hot water to no running water from my well in addition to valves not that they placed being left possibly causing me a flood. I can go on and on with their incompetence but the list would be to long. I only used them because the builder who build my house used them. I trusted the contractors judgment.. boy was that a mistake... Not only are they sub standard plumbers but they are rude and unprofessional. Do not use them beware it will cost double the repairs after the aftermath of their horrible work

GREAT same day service for an issue that I had believed to be a faulty wall thermostat. They came out within the time frame they said and checked and verified that it was indeed a bad thermostat. They did also check the unit for any possible cause as well. Service call fee was reasonable we thought ($165.00) and after I replaced the wall thermostat we had heat again. Will definitely use them in the future if necessary!!

They are reasonable and honest! They are quick to respond and get the job done. I have used them a few times. One time they resolved the problem via phone no charge.

Rob and Peter were great in getting my new septic pump installed quickly and within one day of my call. They were pleasant and knowledgeable and you could tell that they actually liked helping people out when they were in trouble...as I was. They came highly recommended and I can see why.
