Just a follow up on my review dated 7/17/2019 on Sternod Plumbing. I am happy to say that the Small Claims court awarded us $632.82 against Sternod Rooter and Plumbing. It took over a year due to COVID-19, but perseverance pays off.

I have used Sternod plumbing in the past and although expensive have been satisfied. Last summer we had Danny do some work on the shower that we were remodeling. The shower leaked behind the shower wall after first use. He agreed to resolve the problem at no cost to me the tile wall from the adjacent bathroom had to be partially removed to access the problem. So far I have been charged $620.94 from Danny and $250 from the tile contractor that Danny refused to pay. Looks like we are heading to court. Apparently Danny was hoping to profit from his mistake, Which makes me question his ethics and integrity.

I've used Danny three times over the years. I've been consistently impressed with the quality of his work. He never overcharges, and always explains in detail what he's doing and why. Couldn't be better!

I think I paid more than I should have. He replaced a faucet (already purchased by me) and 2 quest values. He'd quoted me under $400 on the phone then charged me over $400.

Ran into a friend I did not know was a plumber and he said it should have cost me about $250 but also said he didn't know what all went into the job. But he should have been in and out within an hour which he was.

Bowers Plumbing wanted to charge me $850 plus tax and I knew that was absurd. So I was willing to pay $450 even though he quoted me less on the phone.

If you need a plumber look no further. Danny at Sternod Plumbing is exactly what we have been searching for during the three years we have lived here. He is precessional,courteous, knowledgeable and even charges a fair price. Who knew? Sternod will be our plumbers for life! Finally, a good honest plumber!

this is my first review on yelp, even though i use this app often, as these guys deserve it. danny and the sternod team are the best in the biz...always reliable, explanatory, on-time, reasonable and exceed my expectations with their customer service. this review was my chance to say thanks and that sternod will be the only plumber i'll ever call. thank you!
