Some of the most rude staff you could find in a selling establishment, skinny guy with long beard receives you with a burp and before you can even finish what you need he says they don't have it. Beware owner this guy is chasing clientele away.

I was referred by another Plumbing supply to """"try"""" to find a solution. They were so nasty, barking at me. Please please find other personnel. No wonder why they have so many bad reviews.

This company has been in business for a long time in Miami and there is a reason why. They are the """"go to"""" place for plumbers, contractors and DIYers for plumbing situations. Courteous and helpful. They were the only place in Miami that had the toilet seat that I needed - last one in stock. I bought it and then dropped it and broke it in the parking lot. I went back inside and they said """"no problem"""" and ordered me a new one - no charge. Who does that?

How this business is still around is beyond astonishing. They offer the complete opposite of customer service. The staff including an extremely rude and unwelcoming heavy set man who seems to be a manger of some sort will treat you like an imbecile. From the moment you step up to the counter you can immediately sense the rude and unwelcoming vibe coming from everyone there. We asked a few questions to which the responses were pretty much one word responses in a very nasty condescending tone. Truly save your money and go elsewhere this place doesn't appreciate their potential customers in the very least bit.

Negative star. Horrible customer service and the staff is very condescending. Not certain how a company could remain in business this long. They remind me of Seinfeld's Soup Nazi character. In addition, the dude that took care of me was not even that Knowledgeable - Treated me like I was an alien wasting his time and made it sound like part was impossible to find. So I left , went to ACE hardware and replaced 6 O rings and the problem was resolved and it cost me $2 dollars and 40 cents. Stern Brothers is an old school place that treat customers like crap and should not be in business. """"No soup for you !!! .. Next!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been to Stern Brother's twice. My first time was much better than my second. From my experience it's all about who helps you. On my first visit, they were helpful, listened to what my issue was and were adept at sorting out my issue. On my second visit, the employee was very short, kinda rude and basically made me feel like I was bothering him. Another customer walked in and hardly made it through the door before he was cut short and sent back out the door. They seem knowledgeable overall but seem a bit pompous. I don't really want to shop anywhere where I feel like I'm putting someone out. You don't want my business? No problem, I'll take it elsewhere.

These guys are the best. Back when they were in Coral Way and now in westchester. These people know there stuff. In and out. Don't come here asking for sugar and sprinkles, along with hugs and kisses. You ain't getting that crap. Your getting honest knowledgeable service at a great price. Weather it's a valve stem from an antique faucet or a new plumbing fixture, they got it.

Their door and their site says that they close at 4:30pm. I show up at 4:15 in need of a small part for my faucet and the door is locked. I knock and someone yells """"closed"""". Then, I ask why if the door states 4:30pm. His response was, """"the door is lying"""" with a chuckle. This is very unprofessional and the opposite of what I expect from a reputable business, which this place is obviously not. They can count on me never returning and telling my friends and family about it (and yelp).

This place is absolutely amazing, very professional and very friendly. They have a knowledgeable staff that can answer questions and give me options on every plumbing need I have had to date. Even in a phone call they asked me to send them a picture of what I was talking about and when I called them back they were able to access it and tell me exactly what I needed. Absolutely amazing. Thank you Jose and Thank you Stern brothers for making this a better world.
