We just moved into our new build home about 2 months ago and haven't ran into any major issues which is a great news! Until we ran our dishwasher for the first time and noticed water spewing out of the air gap near the sink head on our countertop. Being a first time home owner, I had no clue what the issue was so I obviously panicked and started looking up trouble shoots on YouTube. Checked the air gap and didn't seem to find any clog my next thought was that it had to be the plumbing issue and didn't want to mess with that since all our appliances were still under warranty. Instantly called our builders and right away they issued up a work order which came the next day. Andres gave me a call 15 minutes prior to arrival which was great because it gave me enough time to clear some space for him. He was very proactive and I knew right away that he was knowledgeable about the situation. In just a minute or 2 he already found the issue which was one of our tubes was all kinked up. He then replaced our tube with a new one, ran the dishwasher making sure no water overflowed out of our air gap and checked for any leaks under the sink which there wasn't. I hope Andres from the LA county Sterling Plumbing team gets recognized because his professionalism is definitely on point. We feel that we got 100% value from this service and highly recommend using Sterling Plumbing.

We used this company a couple of times several years ago. They were pretty good. Recently we had a plumbing problem with our bath tup faucet. We made an appointment. While on his way to the appointment Joe the plumber called and said it was going to be $175 just to show up plus repairs. They had to order parts and it would be another $175 to come back with the parts. That was $350 without including any of the actual work or parts for the repair. That's outrageous compared to what other companies charge. So he suggested that I text him some pictures of the leaking faucet so he can order what he needs and then I'd only need to pay $175 once. I agreed. That was 12/8/21. We called several times to check the status on the ordered parts. On 1/13/22 over a month later we still had not heard anything. So I called once again to check the status and they told us they were not interested in helping us. I waited over a month for them to order everything only to find out that they never ordered anything and never intended to and never intended to call and let me know either. This is like a waiter taking your order and never returning to tell you they never intended to make your food. I cannot believe how bad their service is. I would've been fine if they would've told me that they couldn't help me in the beginning. Now I'm still having a leak in my bathroom after 30 days and have a much bigger problem to deal with. This is the kind of company that you recommend to your worst enemy.

I have used Sterling Plumbing for a number of repairs and they seem to get better and better. I was fortunate enough to use them recently for a pin hole leak. They continue to amaze me as they were so surgical in their approach, cutting only a small access hole, rectifying the situation in an extraordinary manner, and in a short time. This is not the company that sends out a green tech and then comes back with a qualified crew, these guys roll out with knowledge, tools, and parts. A huge thank you to Abe for making this process so easy, reasonably priced, clean, and being so honest. Not that I look forward to plumbing issues, but when Sterling is involved, it no longer is stressful. Do yourself a favor, give them a shout and forget about it.
