I had an emergency situation on a Saturday and they were willing to come out. The second he walked into my house I regretted my decision. He was very rude and it was clear he had no desire to be there. Very crabby, very rude even through my tears of anxiety and frustration. As a single mom trying to keep a house in order I would never call them again. He made me feel inadequate and I was more overwhelmed once he left. I felt extremely taken advantage of and their customer service was absolutely horrible!

I have nothing but praise for this business since I had two emergencies in two days (both different problems) and they came within an hour were very professional and solved the problem within an hour each time. The problem may have been a simple fix, but when you have water under pressure shooting out a hose from your washer through a wall into your carpeted hallway, all you want to hear is someone is on their way. Priceless.

Our refrigerator broke, cost too much to repair, bought one. A week without a refrigerator! New refrigerator delivered. Last people who installed the water line cracked the gasket.

Called Sterling, they came the next day fixed the gasket & installed a new faucet in the kitchen. The repair man was very knowledgeable, polite, & efficient. Can't say enough about the reliability of this company.

If you need a plumber & reasonable costs, call Sterling.

I read the other reviews for this plumber and decided to call two other plumbers first, got voicemail for both and neither of them returned my call. After waiting a week for a call back, I decided to give Sterling a call. They actually answered the phone and set up an appointment around my schedule. They did a fantastic job and they were fast courteous and very professional.

Next time I need a plumber they will be my first call.

We had a plumbing issue and we called Sterling Mainz at 7:30 when they opened. I talked to Tim, who is always been very kind and considerate of whatever the situation. I explained the problem to him and by 8:00am I had a plumber by the name of Paul at my door. He was just as kind and explained exactly what needed to be done. He was in and out in under an hour. By 8:50am our shower was back up and running. Thanks guys!!!!

No stars. I have used them for over 10 years for 10 apartment units. And I always thought they were pricy. I had water coming through my walls one day at our home. I called them. The guy showed up...at 5. And told me he has other plans but it was ""ok"". So he explained that he was at time and a half as I was holding my 6 month old. Well I don't know what to say. We need our plumbing to work. So he didn't even fix it that day. Came back. Same mood. Whatever. But I got the bill...
And they charged me $149 for parts and $557 for labor!! Total bill almost $800. 3 months later we still had a leak. I called and said I think your friendly plumber cracked our pipe. They disagreed. I called another plumber who happens to be an OSHA instructor. Came to look at it. Even took pics for his class on what not to do. So disappointed!! I even explained my disappointment. They didn't offer to make it right, nor seem to care that they lost all my business. I will never use them again!! Don't bother even dialing their number. They may have a wedding to go to on the weekend. And can't help you anyway. I heard that one too.

Requested a bid on a major remodeling project. Estimator was grumpy and seemed a little confused. He took some measurements, complained about a heat duct (which we told him we would take care of), and informed us that we would receive an estimate in two weeks. It has been several months and we have received neither a bid nor the basic courtesy of a ""no bid"" response. Give these guys a pass and go with the smaller local firms unless you are a multi-millionaire.
