I tried replacing my bathroom exhaust fan and got stuck trying to remove the exhaust fan housing. Took me 2 days and I failed miserably. Called Wayne and requested help. He got back to me promptly and quoted a very reasonable fee. It took longer than expected and proved somewhat difficult but Wayne knew what he was doing and the end result is a NEW EXHAUST FAN.
Wayne is courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. He does excellent work. He checked the exhaust tubing for the fan and found a leak (which he repaired).

I asked for a quote to get my thermostat replaced, he gave me the most reasonable price at almost 60% less compared to others in the area. The other companies wanted to add on diagnostic plus time to go out and get me a replacement thermostat since I didn't know what I needed.

He asked for pictures and gave me advice on what to buy so I can get that ahead of time and save him time, and save me money. I really appreciated this.

He was flexible with last minute scheduling change, and came on time. He couldn't figure out what was wrong with my wiring that the electric box was on but the thermostat not working, but in the end, he was in and out in less than an hour and a half. Thank you!

Wayne was great! He was quick to respond and we were able to set up a time for him to take a look at a leak in my sliding patio door. He was on time and responsive through text. He fixed the leak and also took the time to teach me some other things I could do to care for the sliding patio doors. I felt super comfortable having him at the house. Wayne did a fantastic job. Needed an outside plug wired for a hot tub. He ran the conduit and wired it up perfectly. The quality of the finished work shows that he actually cares about the job he is on, and not just getting it done. He arrived exactly at the agreed-upon time and the final price was just below the quote he had given me days earlier. He is extremely responsive and polite. Will be using him for other projects around the house.

Wayne has done some amazing repairs for us. A while back our top floor lights were all out intermittently though the circuit breaker did not trip. He was able to trace the problem to an outlet that was burned out. Recently he was able to clean our dryer vent which has not been cleaned in 30 years because the vent duct is not accessible. He was able to take the dryer apart and cleaned the duct from inside the dryer. We are so glad to have dry clothes in half the time now. Wayne is very professional, friendly and patient. We strongly recommend him.

Wayne is great! My mother needed to have a faucet and garbage disposal unit installed on her kitchen sink. Originally Roto Rooter was called and the technician tried to pull a fast one on my mom who is elderly. Thank goodness she called me because the quote was for $1k! Assessing her needs I decided to look for a handy man service and came across Wayne.

My mom is very pleased with Wayne and impressed by how thorough he is with his work, friendly, respectful and most important of all honest. Explaining step by step what he's doing. There was even a small issue from when the garbage disposal unit was last installed and Wayne had to put some ""elbow grease"" in it but was able to get the job done! I explained my mom's situation and trusted Wayne to help my mother without me being there and he for sure respected my wishes.
