Wayne has done some amazing repairs for us. A while back our top floor lights were all out intermittently though the circuit breaker did not trip. He was able to trace the problem to an outlet that was burned out. Recently he was able to clean our dryer vent which has not been cleaned in 30 years because the vent duct is not accessible. He was able to take the dryer apart and cleaned the duct from inside the dryer. We are so glad to have dry clothes in half the time now. Wayne is very professional, friendly and patient. We strongly recommend him.

Wayne is great! My mother needed to have a faucet and garbage disposal unit installed on her kitchen sink. Originally Roto Rooter was called and the technician tried to pull a fast one on my mom who is elderly. Thank goodness she called me because the quote was for $1k! Assessing her needs I decided to look for a handy man service and came across Wayne.

My mom is very pleased with Wayne and impressed by how thorough he is with his work, friendly, respectful and most important of all honest. Explaining step by step what he's doing. There was even a small issue from when the garbage disposal unit was last installed and Wayne had to put some ""elbow grease"" in it but was able to get the job done! I explained my mom's situation and trusted Wayne to help my mother without me being there and he for sure respected my wishes.

Thanks Wayne for helping my Mom! Hope to meet you one day myself! We will for sure be calling you for our home repair needs!

Wayne did yeoman work and persevered far beyond what he should have had to do. We hired him to replace a bathroom fan and light, but because of the way our house was built, getting the old unit out was beyond difficult. He kept coming up with solutions and work-arounds and eventually succeeded getting the new unit into the ceiling. The whole thing should have taken an hour, but ended up being nearly four. The whole time, though, he kept at it cheerfully (far more cheerfully than I would have been) and got the job done beautifully.

Wayne did an incredible job with all the tasks that were assigned to him. He was very professional, yet friendly and warm. He was very tolerant of my furbaby Gigi barking at him; but by the end of the day Gigi ceased barking at him and was following him around. He was meticulous with every tasks he was given; which included: fixing a window that wouldn't stay up, painting my bathroom, fixing loose tiles in bathroom & kitchen, fixing a shower rod, fixing a towel bar to ensure it stayed in place permanently, fixed the microwave trim, replaced a light outlet and a ceiling fan. He was on time arriving and did a walk through in the house to show me everything he fixed to make sure I was satisfied with his work. He exceeded my expectations. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend you do too!

Wayne responded quickly to a request for quote. His prices are very reasonable. He's friendly, prompt and professional. I hired him to replace a broken sliding glass door track and to repair/ replace a sliding screen door. He ordered the sliding glass door track and when he assessed the damage, he told me he could repair the broken track. The repair would not be quick fix/ temporary and should hold a while. By repairing instead of replacing, he saved me money. He is honest and trustworthy. He could have just replaced the track and charged me the higher price. He also tried to repair my screen door, but was unable to do so and had to replace it. But he didn't charge me an arm and a leg for that either. I plan to have Wayne back to do a whole list of to do's that have been on my list for a while now. So glad to have found a great handyman! Highly recommend him!

Wayne does tremendous work and charges very, very reasonable rates. He is quick to respond and makes sure he asks all the right questions including what parts to use (when relevant). He can handle a wide variety of projects and makes sure both during and afterwards that he is performing the task to your liking, which means no surprises at the end. He won't leave until you're happy.

I had Wayne do drywall repair on a couple large holes in my ceiling and wall and the results are beautiful. He also resealed my tub/shower enclosure because it was leaking and now it's watertight. And lastly, he weatherstripped my front door to keep the north wind that blows against it from coming into the house.

I have plans to use Wayne again in the near future and I'm sure I'll think of even more projects for him to do. Once you have a reasonably priced handyman you become like a kid in a candy store -- all of the projects that you've been meaning to start or finish can now be taken care of.

Our kitchen sink faucet had a part that corroded and caused the handle to pop off and spew water all over our kitchen late at night. I requested a quote from Wayne and he responded first thing in the morning the next day. He was very responsive, guided us through selecting the right new faucet, and came that same day to install the changes. He was friendly, super efficient, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Wayne for any home repairs you need.
