Stephens sent Perry to our home today to fix a plumbing problem. He was friendly, thorough, and did the detailed repair in under an hour. I'm not sure whether great plumbers work for Stephens because it's a great place to work, or Stephens hires only the cream of the crop because every single plumber they have sent to our house has been friendly, efficient, and did quality work. HIGHLY recommend.

Let's be honest. No one ever wants to *need* a plumbing or HVAC visit without warning. Living in an older home has brought a few surprises and there is no one else I would call, except Stephens. Kevin and his staff and crew have definitely gone the extra mile to get things fixed and fixed, properly. They leave the site spotless and answer all of my questions. Everyone has been friendly. They are the best!

Stephens was great! A plumber was able to come the day after I called to clear our slow drain. It took him less than 30 minutes and he was done. Reasonably priced, too. I will call them again!

Excellent service. I have an old house with an old shower, I couldn't find parts for it but they found it and replaced the bad parts without ripping out the wall.
