The individuals that work here are rude and unprofessional. The manner in which they speak to their customer is absolutely terrible. They speak to you with an attitude and act as if you are inconveniencing them. Do yourself a favor and find another plumber. I was also told that ""they don't have time for me"" which was beyond rude.

Our sub pump was stuck on, so I called Stephens the first thing in the morning. I spoke with Kevin & he explained thoroughly what he thought what the problem was. He even gave me an estimate over the phone! Imagine that.

Chris was our Tech, he arrived quickly & explained what he found, & advised what the best solution would be. The new pump was installed in about an hour. The best thing - they are reasonably priced!

We used them before last year to clear our clogged sewer line, they did a great job, & again were reasonably priced! - Take that Precision!

We will not hesitate to call them again if needed & highly recommend using them if you live in Downers Grove area.
