I have recently had some issues with leaks in my bathroom and shower and faucet issues. Williams did a fantastic job resealing the leak. Furthermore, he gave me honest and workable solutions for my shower and faucet problems. I was fortunate enough to be able to get replacements for the parts I need. I am actually looking forward for him to return and complete the rest of the work.

Stephen's was recommended by a friend and I wish I had known about them sooner. I had used another company for years and recently had them out for a heating issue at my home. After considerable expense, I found that the issue remained and they wanted even more $$ to try again.

I reached out to Stephens Plumbing for a dripping tub faucet. They sent a technician quickly, which was nice. The technician arrived, looked at the dripped and asked for information on the make and and model of the plumbing fixture. I provided while he was still on site. He said he needed to get a part and would be back to fix it. That was February 21st. I have contaced the technician and the business MULTIPLE times. I've texted with the technician and spoke on the phone with him. He said I needed to work with the office. I called the office and spoke with Jeanette. She promised she would be back in touch with me that day. I have NOT HEARD BACK FROM her, and have called almost every other day for the past couple weeks. I paid for the service visit and still can not get the drip fixed, will Jeanette call me back to give me an update. I would NOT recommend this business at all.
