This review is long overdue. I had Stephens replace a relatively new AC/heating system back in June of 21. long story short the other AC company I worked with under designed the previous system. they closed up shop and left town. so after talking to a few hvac companies I went with Stephens. and am I glad I did. top to bottom my experience with them has been first rate. from estimate to installation to support Stephens has been wonderful to work with. cost was very reasonable. everyone I've dealt with was professional. they came out a couple extra times to dial in the dampers and check on the condenser. always on time. and I know if something went wrong they'd be there to fix. I've liked my experience so much that if/when I have a plumbing issue, they'll be my first call. thank you Stephens!

Matthew was professional, listened patiently to what the problem was & stayed to thoroughly complete the job which was a bit more tedious than expected! Unclogged main line stoppage at clean out.We were very pleased with Matthew's work & wouldn't hesitate to call Stephens Plumbing again!

They were reliable responsive and fixed the issue, not the cheapest plumbing service there is, so I'll still try to find someone a bit better priced but they're definitely my default

Our old wall heater near the bedrooms was not venting properly and the gas company after inspection red tagged it. I was going through yelp and called Stephens, they were able to come next day and Omar showed up and was great. He had to remove the heater to clean the firebox and replace the uncoated brass gas connector. He also replaced the gas connector on the living room heater. Omar had great attitude and explained everything and was very fair price. Big time happy customer

Galan came out in the evening on short notice after we lost hot water. Which is not great in the cold winter months. We still had not hot water in the morning so we called back and Stephens sent a crew to replace the water heater promptly and on New Year's Eve. Good work.

Matt from Stephen's Plumbing was great! He came out and helped replace our garbage disposal that was leaking and not working correctly. He went out of his way to go get us the garbage disposal replacement and was very knowledgeable. Thanks again Matt!

My restroom needed a lot of repairs and I was very nervous to look for a new plumber since The one who I had been hiring for years moved out of state. After a friend told me about this company, I was fortunate to meet a very professional plumber, Freddy, who was very knowledgeable and was able to explain clearly how my plumbing issues developed overtime. After doing so, he was able to give me an estimate where I was able to be comfortable to agree on and move forward with the plan. Highly recommend Freddy G.

Hallelujah...! it has been quite some time since we have had a working heater. Matthew, our knowledgeable technician, came out on the same day that I called. He made it to my home at the beginning of the time window that I was given... I just wish that I had called sooner...!! For the low/
fair price of a service call, I no longer have to bundle up during the day or shiver at night...!!!

I would love to give both Matt & Stephens Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning a 6-Star Rating...., but 5-Stars will have to do?
