Luis was great. Fixed the issue very fast, pointed out a few recommendations and some maintenance pointers. Did not push for any unnecessary work and tried no hard sales techniques which I love. The visit was on the pricy side based on compatible visit costs but overall experience was great.

We had an active leak, hot water pouring onto the basement floor! I called Stephen's and the dispatcher sent the closest plumber. He arrived in less than 30 minutes. Galan diagnosed the problem, temporarily stopped the leak and left to obtain a replacement part, he installed it so that we weren't without water, hot or cold, and suggested some areas to watch for future issues. The cost was what one might expect for an emergency call. Galan was pleasant and seemed very competent. I would call him again.

I do not recommend this company for these reasons:
Their technician only cleaned the pilot of the wall heater and checked igniter. For this which took only a few minutes they charged me $134. With their service fee of $136, I had to pay $270.
My tenant told me the technician told them it was an easy job and he did it very quickly. When I called the company to ask why the charge is so high. She said it took the technician two hours, which was not true!
If it was my own home I would have waited to find a more reliable company. I was working too and couldn't be there myself. Plus, I had to make sure my tenant has heater ASAP.

I originally scheduled an appointment with Stephens Plumbing through Yelp. I called the morning of the appointment and was told there was no record of the appointment. I scheduled a second appointment and was told it was a ""priority"" appointment. Stephen's Plumbing called at the end of the appointment and said no plumber was available. Another appointment was scheduled. The plumber showed up to provide a work estimate. He said I would receive the estimate by email in a few days. A week went by and no estimate. I called the following week to follow up and was told the estimate would be sent in a few days. I called again the next week and was told the plumber that came to my house quit and they would have to send another plumber before providing an estimate. They scheduled another ""priority"" appointment for today. Stephens Plumbing just called (one hour after the appointment time window) and said they would need to reschedule. I don't believe they want business from new customers.

I want to thank Rob for the house call and checking out my furnace. He took the time and explained everything to me in layman's terms. Come to find out nothing was wrong with the unit. Some other business might have taken advantage of us in this situation. Thank you Rob and company for your honest business practices. You have gained my trust and will use you in any future issues we may have.

Jose C. did a great job. He arrived promptly and snaked our bathroom sink drain. It was tricky because the drain was old and could have been easily damaged.

When I was driving, one of the trucks of this company literally ran me off the road into the center broken line lane, almost hit my car, yelled at me, called me a weirdo for honking at the driver for almost hitting my car and driving recklessly. I asked for a call back as this is completely unsafe, and unprofessional as he did not care that he was using a company vehicle and representing their brand. I never got a call back from any type of supervisor.

I was able to schedule for a diagnostic the next day. Oscar was very knowledgeable and he explained the issue to us in detail. He was able to diagnosis and fix our issue promptly and cost effectively. I will definitely reach out to Stephens Plumbing again in the future!
