Bad Price; Bad Service;

Just called them to get an estimate of installing water purifier, and the plumber was not very familiar with the job and his estimation was more than the double of what other plumbing company suggested. He hung up on my call while I am still talking. They first need to fix their customer service.

Mark and Mike came to fix a clogged drain line. The price was reasonable, they showed up when promised, and got the job done right. I haven't had any problems since, and it has been a few months. You really can't go wrong with Stephen Plumbing!

came to Yelp to find a plumber first thing Monday AM, Stephen Plumbing came the same day to help. Very responsive, had another plumber come with a camera to look at the pipes and all of the backup wasn't pushed through so he came back out the following AM to fix it. So far so good and its been a week!

Stephen himself was our guy, with an apprentice (or so it seemed). He was on time, neat, thorough, and professional, and his prices are completely reasonable. He asked thorough questions to ensure he knew what we needed, and explained in detail what he was going to do, and subsequently did. He completed our list of issues quickly, quietly, and CLEANLY!

This is the second time I have had Stephen Plumbing Services to my home after several not so wonderful and expensive repairs from other local contractors. Same day service as the last time time - five star like the last time - but here is the unbelievable thing - the two slow draining sinks needed little repair when he arrived - haven't a clue why but he said - sinks fine now no charge! That's a wow in my book! Thanks Stephen!!
