Excellent service from Mark (Stephen) and Mike. Called SPS around Noon and left a message briefly describing my plumbing problem, a water leak inside a bedroom wall. Within a few minutes, Mark called me back and mentioned he could be over in thirty minutes. Thirty minutes later, he showed up, confirmed the diagnosis w/ Mike under the house in the crawl space, and made the repair in a friendly and professional manner. The repair fee seemed reasonable for the work done. Even my nosey/friendly neighbor came over to check it out during the repair and asked for a Mark's card. I would definitely recommend Stephen Plumbing Services.

Stephen Plumbing Services is everything you want in a plumber, from start to finish. Work guaranteed. Answers phone or calls back in a timely fashion. Makes appointment and comes at the agreed upon time. Once he and his helper are on the job, they are focused and clearly knowledgeable about how to solve problem. They snaked my kitchen sink and it ran clear. However, a week later, it clogged again. Mark returned to house and spent nearly an hour snaking kitchen drain line until it ran clear - at NO cost! He stood behind his work. Bonus: He gives humorous explanations about what is wrong using everyday metaphors that homeowners can understand. Stephen Plumbing is my GO-TO now.

After getting a high estimate for a toilet line unclog, I called Stephen to set up an appointment based upon a recommendation from a Friend. He said that He would work me in early the next morning. He arrived promptly at the arranged time and was finished within an hour. I might add that He and his Associate were very careful with regard to moving a large auger over the interior flooring of the home, getting the line cleared, clean-up and finishing the job with ease and speed.

Prompt, professional, fair, courteous, honest. I had two conversations before they came out. In both cases, I did not reach them on the first call, but they returned my call within a half hour. I had a slow drip on the valve of the water service line into the house, and it was not urgent work. We scheduled time for the fix, they showed up on time, and gave a free estimate before starting the work. They ran into some difficulties using the parts I provided them, but they did not charge me anything additional to work around the problems. They were still able to finish in the amount of time they allotted for the job. Thanks Gents!

Stephen answered the phone after 5pm on the first call and was at our house within 20 minutes to look at a broken water heater. I called two other plumbers that were in yelp's top 10 listing and both called us back the next day, it can be scary when there is water leaking all over from a broken water heater and it was very reassuring to have him answer the phone and be at our house so quickly. Excellent service, fair price and very efficient. Stephen is a plumber to keep on speed dial!

It was a great experience having Stephen Plumbing to repair/replace my toilet's broken water supply line, which is part of so called ""single piece angle stop and supple line"". The repair requires shut-off of main water line to the condo building where I live (a very small 2-story building), to comply with our HOA's strict rules/guidelines, I called around to find reliable and licensed plumbers for the job. Fortunately, I found Stephen Plumbing, and, with a very competitive price quote. Mark came in, obviously, he is very good at what he's doing, and everything was done in 30 min, very well and very cleanly! Highly recommended!
