Called Caccia on Friday night and hadn't heard back so I tried Stephen Plumbing by Saturday afternoon. Mark Stephen picked up the phone while he was at lunch in a restaurant. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and needed help. It was Memorial Day weekend and I didn't want to be stuck without a kitchen. Mark asked if he could call me back in an hour after he was done eating. He promptly called back and was at my house in another hour and fifteen minutes. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made repairs in a flash. He was in and out in under thirty minutes. I was a happy camper! Mark Stephen saved the day! Easy peasy and at a fair price for pro help.

Stephen plumbing was absolutely fantastic! We called them after getting screwed over by another plumbing company. After being told we had to jack hammer up our entire bathroom floor, Mark came by, assessed the situation, showed us why & how the other company was wrong. He also gave us an incredibly reasonable estimate. He was flexible, funny & kind. When he came back to do the work, he was professional, efficient & fixed the problem immediately (no jack hammering!). And his bill came in lower than his estimate- I couldn't have asked for more. One night our kitchen sink started leaking (the pipe under the sink) non-stop after running the dishwasher. After that, any water we ran down the sink (on both the left and right sides) caused the pipe to leak immediately. It was dreadful!

The next day, I called our normal handyman but he was not able to come for 2 days and after calling 3 plumbers (all of whom either were hard to reach or were fairly rude/prideful on the phone), I was SO relieved to reach Mark Stephen.

It was so nice that he was willing to come that day, even though I had to leave work early... i was over the moon to hear he would fit me into his schedule the same day.

He taught me how to use the garbage disposal (I had been using it wrong all these years), took the time to explain what the 2 issues were (clogged sink and loose pipe), and then fixed both issues in perhaps 15-20minutes (i wasn't really timing him, but it seemed really fast). He was very knowledgable, humble but confident, and I appreciated his help! Highly recommended.

I will definitely share his name with all my friends!

My kitchen sink kept filling up with water every time I did the dishes. The water would go down incredibly slow. I called Stephen's plumbing services and they said they could come right away. They fixed it in 10 minutes! Mark was the main plumber and he explained what happened to the sink and gave us some tips to avoid this issue again. Great service and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

I really can't praise these guys enough. I had to write an update because they have helped us out with 2 other issues in our home. Our water heater went out and we had a different company come out and look at it. After over an hour of trying to figure out what was wrong, they told us we needed to completely replace the water heater. Seeking a second opinion, we called Stephen Plumbing. They came out right away (as they always do) and fixed it within 15 minutes! Turns out it was a simple fix that they identified right away and rectified.
We've also been dealing with our pipes backing up recently and both times, they were here within the hour (I know this can't possibly be true for all of their clients but we've been super lucky to have them respond so fast!) They clear the line in a timely fashion and have us back up and running right away!

Mark and his assistant replaced my p-trap and seals a couple of months ago. Last night my wife noticed another leak from the same faucet/sink. When I called them to see if they could swing by to check out what could possibly be causing this, they managed to swing by within an hour. They found the source of the leak within a minute; just a loose fitting on the hand held sprayer. I should have inspected it myself, however Mark tightened and it didn't even roll his eyes.

They stand by their work can help you out at a moments notice.

Stephen Plumbing was the service provider that saved our holiday week. With guests expected and a leaky toilet, we called several plumbers before we reached Mark. I've worked with Mark Stephen for over 5 years. Believe it or not, I still haven't met him face-to-face in all that time, but knowing his work, I am confident that Mark can do more as a single plumber than entire plumbing companies I've contracted. I live in LA and manage family properties in the Bay Area. Mark is the guy to handle routine jobs to even more complex plumbing issues, when you can get him. New lines, fixtures, repairs, sump pumps, regulators, you name it. There is a comfort working with a person and not a bureaucracy. It's a matter of time before he jets through the stratosphere with these glowing reviews and becomes rock-star expensive...but until then, Mark's my plumber, whatever he looks like.

Mark is the best!!! It's Veterans day and Mark just fixed our horrible leaking tub. He even worked on our toilet @ NO CHARGE. Called on Monday, he showed up the very next day ready to work. He's hilarious, professional and honest! After fixing the problem he and his partner waited patiently for me to return from the bank. All the work he did and we were only charged for his labor. There is a reason why he's got great reviews and all 5 stars. Dependable and Affordable.

Amazing plumber! I found Mark while scanning through yelp, and I hit the jackpot. Needed an emergency plumber very quickly, and as soon as I left him a message, he called me back. He said he would be at my home in about a half an hour, and he was true to his word. He fixed my problems with my toilets, all the while explaining what happened to them, and giving me pointers on how to fix minor problems. As long as he was there, I had him fix a few minor things on my sinks, and redid my faucet in the kitchen. He even told me I was using the wrong brand of toilet paper, and explained the reasons for that as well. He's fast, very knowledgeable, and most pleasant. I would give him six stars if I could!
