I've used Stephen Pacific Plumbing for the last 10 years. Recently, I was reminded of why I never call anyone else. Our water heater broke while we were on vacation. Luckily, it was detected by a friend and we were alerted. Stephen had it replaced within hours and our damage was minimal. When the controller on the replacement unit proved defective, he came back promptly once we had secured a new part from the distributor, and replaced it without complaint. A real professional.
