They were great, would definitely use again.

I had them replace a couple of water filter systems for us and install a replacement hot water tap for us. We were recommended by Salem Plumbing.

Complaints? Hard to get appointment because he was so booked up, but that's because he does good work. Also, I would have preferred to be able to pay my bill either right away with a credit card (even with a 3% surcharge) or when I received the bill, to pay online directly. Only way to pay was by writing a check unless I phoned the office which I never thought to do.

But excellent quick and efficient work so I really can't complain.

The very best plumbers on the north shore are O'Brien's. I have called them for many plumbing jobs over th years always excellent service I think the lady who is on the phone is Barbara she is the best customer service person....the plumbers this time who solved my plumbing nightmare were Billy and John professional and excellent and they tidy up before leaving .....so glad I fond them.....

We love O'Brien plumbing. From start to finish, every single person was professional, helpful, and kind. They just replaced my 70 year old furnace and I could not be happier. They were so fast and responsive that I was shocked. They are amazing.

This Is the second time my Family used Stephen O' Brien Jr. Plumbing.
Very satisfied both times.
The first time My Mother in-laws water heater was leaking and we opted to get a new one. they were here with-in an hour and a half with the heater and had the new one working in no time.
The second time was on Feb. 25th 2019 at 10 pm I turned on the water on and nothing so I went to the basement and there was water pouring out from a broken cold water pipe leading to the water tank.
I turned off the valve and called Stephen O'Brien at 7:30am by 10:00am the pipe was fixed and hot water was flowing. Ron, the Plumber who came down was a great guy VERY HIGHLY RECOMED.

I take care of a condo unit in Manchester MA which had the gas burner fail on New Year's Eve Day. I did my best as a non-plumber to drain the domestic water, leaving the water in the baseboard because it has some antifreeze in it and did my best to pray during the 0 and below temperatures. Today (Jan. 2), I called O'Brien Plumbing and Kyle and Zach were at the unit in about 15 minutes, followed by Steve O'Brien himself after they had been working for about 20 minutes. What a comforting experience to see that super prompt and reliable service. John
