Stephen did what he said he was going to do. Provided a quote, answered all my questions timely and showed up when he said he was going to be here. Professional install. I initially wasn't interested in a tankless water heater based on a previous experience. After a long question and answer session he came up with a solution and it is now mounted in my basement heating water. Thanks for a great job! I will be calling him for all my plumbing needs.

Called Mr. Jewell on Wednesday. Due to his schedule he told my husband it would be the next week to repair or replace tankless water heater. Lucky for us, he called early on Saturday that he was in the area and wanted to come by! He arrived about 30 minutes later and approximately 30 minutes later we had hot water!
