Called Mr. Jewell on Wednesday. Due to his schedule he told my husband it would be the next week to repair or replace tankless water heater. Lucky for us, he called early on Saturday that he was in the area and wanted to come by! He arrived about 30 minutes later and approximately 30 minutes later we had hot water! His service was graciously appreciated and will call again. We do recommend this business! Thank you!

While our situation was not an emergency, our home was located a significant distance from Stephen's typical service area.
