Was recommended to him and other contractors through Home Depot. I needed someone to assemble some complicated outdoor furniture.

His price was by far the best of all that contacted me. He was able to show up that afternoon. He did the work perfectly, and did so many extras I didn't expect, like packing up app the cardboard packaging, cutting up a wooden pallet the delivery people left, installing the fire pit and propane tank, and carrying heavy stuff to my backyard. He was polite and tidy and protective of the pieces. I would definitely recommend.

I have never written a review before but I am so frustrated with what has happened that I have to do this. I went through American Home Shield. He came and saw the hole in our drywall from the plumbing issue. Came in and immediately said he won't be able to do it because the walls are wet (even though it wasn't) he said he will come back in 2-3 days to do it. He let American Home Shield know that he completed the job and received his money from them, even though he didn't touch the drywalls. Now, he doesn't pick up the phone, nor answer his text messages. Very unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Steve replaced the kitchen faucet quickly and professionally and even patched up some leaks that were not his fault or responsibility. Would hire again.

Was supposed to do work for me. Seemed like a nice guy and dependable. But then fell off the grid. Never showed up. Never returned my many calls and texts. Sad.

This contractor was hired through American Home Shield warranty which is the first mistake. He is obviously a jack of all trades and a master of none; at least that was my experience with his poor ability to fix a drywall hole. He left the surface uneven and the drywall tape exposed. Had the nerve to say you wouldn't see it after you painted it! BS! Then he came back and said the warranty company wouldn't cover a complete repair, what a joke. When I contacted my warranty company, they confirmed the final priming and painting wasn't covered which I expected but that I shouldn't need to pay another contractor to come out and fix what he did. Every contractor including this one that was hired through AHS have been a let down.

Needed a new garbage disposal, so it was ordered from Amazon, and the install service was also set up by Amazon. Having Stephan show up for the install was like hitting the mother lode of home repair/fix it guys!
On time, efficient, friendly... the job was completed quickly, as well as replacing a broken connector under the sink and testing the system.
When he was leaving, he gave me his business card. HOLY COW! He does it all! Drywall, painting, stucco, plumbing, electrical, doors, trim, tile, roofing, framing, windows, block walls, decks, etc! I'll be keeping his info for future reference, and forwarding the card (and a rave review) to my landlord :)
