We had a water heater go out on the 22nd of Dec. Stemmle came out the next day when others wouldn't. We have an annual Christmas party on the 23rd and needed this bad. They were fast and efficient, Antivan and Josh were professional, curteous and took painstaking efforts to keep our home clean to include, wiping the tiles on there way out. Thanks to both of those gentlemen.

DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR TIME WASTED! Called in the morning, had an appointment from 11-1...at 3:30 no one answered the phone after multiple attempts - called,texted, left messages - nothing. What a waste of my time. Hey Stemmle plumbing, you should pay me for the time you wasted!!!!

I was very impressed with Stemmle Plumbing, Newport News today! They came out the same day as my call to fix a running toilet. Thomas & Shawn were very nice and knowledgeable. Thomas helped me to figure out the best ways to solve another plumbing issue that I'll need done later. He is very skilled. I will be giving this company future work in plumbing & septic tank jobs. Beware, beware beware. These people were infamous for their gouging business model when they were Rooter man here in Williamsburg Va. Evidently, they changed their name to get away from the reputation they developed here. After they charged me four times more than the going rate for an emergency job they did, I spoke to a number of plumbers that had such bad experiences working with these people , that they left the company. Take my word for it, these people are to be avoided.
