Dmitriy was working for Plumbworks when they installed our fixtures back 8 years ago. Chris at Plumbworks has retired, so he put me in back touch with Dmitriy to deal with one leaky drain, and one clogged drain. I called him in the morning, and he was able to show up 3 hours later, on time, with mask and booties to keep the house clean. He's super friendly, competent and efficient. Within 30 min, the job was done, so we found 2 more things for him to fix for the same price. Super satisfied!

Dimitry and Joe are the best. We originally had them install a couple new toilets/sinks which was pretty standard stuff but brought them back to handle a more complicated pipe pressure issue for our building. They spent quite a bit of time figuring out the cause of the problem, wrote up a reasonable quote and fixed the problem within a few hours. Couldnt recommend these guys more highly and will definitely bring them back next time we have any problems!

We had a leak in the bathroom under the floor. Dmitriy came on time, gave very sound advise how to detect leak location. Once we found leak location he was able to repair the pipe ( it was encased in a concrete under the floor). He worked all Saturday and was able to finish the repairs in one day. The price was very reasonable. Dmitriy is honest and hardworking person - highly recommend!

We had the worst experience we have ever had with a contractor of any kind!
We had an appointment set, which the plumber never showed and never called.
When we called, we did not receive a call back.
We had to hunt around to find someone else at the last minute and pay a lot more!
This was for a rental over 1 1/2 hours away from our home, so, that made it even worse!
We understand things can happen, but in this day and age, there is no excuse for not communicating!!
Maybe, in the end it was a good thing.
What if we had a leak, and couldn't reach
The plumber again?
Don't call this company!
