I recently called Jeff as a result of the reviews I read here. I had a toilet that was leaking from around the base. Jeff came and removed it and disposed of it without issue. He works well, efficiently and cleanly, explains everything he is doing and charges a reasonable price.

He gave me advice about repairing the water damaged hard wood floor and on the merits of various replacement toilets. The leaking toilet had never performed well, clogging frequently and we had similar issues with another toilet in our family bathroom, so we chose to replace them both.

I bought two new toilets from Amazon (free delivery with Amazon prime) and Jeff came and installed them both. He even called to say he was going to be 20 minutes late which was a pleasant change from simply wondering where someone might be. As before he worked efficiently and cleanly fitting both toilets and new seats in around two hours.

Very very pleased with his work, and will use him again should the need arise. I do not hesitate to recommend him to you.

Jeff is prompt and courteous. He was one of the few plumbers I contacted that returned my phone call promptly and was honest about his availability and capacity to assist. He cleared a clog in my Kitchen drain that had been persistent for four days. He's come by twice in the last couple of years, for everything from leaky pipes to faucet installation to repairing a French drain. The quality of work was excellent. In this day and age, there are precious few one-person operations. instead, plumbers and electricians often come from bigger shops where you have no idea whether you're going to get one of their experienced people or one of their lower-paid greenhorns.

Jeff Driscoll is the founder of Stellar Plumbing, and his company has handle projects both big and small for my Kirkland home.

-- Underground pipe leak. September of last year one of my main pipes sprang a leak which manifested on my water bill as a 600% increase in usage. In the course of about a week Jeff was able to assess the situation, advise a solution, handle the city regulations as well as locate, dig and replace the damaged pipe, and correctly feed it into the garage(something that the original owner poorly set up). The cost was reasonable, and the new pipes he installed offered years of maintenance-free operation.

-- Household leaks. Jeff fixed a toilet leak and sink faucet replacement that I try to do on my own, but was left half completed for nearly a year. He correctly handled it in about half an hour, and reassured me that my dabbling didn't cause any notable damage.

The work on both occasions was excellent. The meticulouslessness and care that goes into the actual work, comes through in conversation. Jeff walked me through the options available in a straight forward and easy to follow manner where I felt informed and educated about the calls I would make. I recommend Stellar Plumbing without reservation to handle your complete plumbing needs.

I've had Jeff do three jobs for me now, first a water heater replacement, then a drain line replacement, and most recently some small odds and ends on a rental unit. In all three cases, I found him to be very friendly, knowledgable, easy to work with, and he has always charged a fair price. Had a minor leak that was the side-effect of a home repair job I did - non-damaging, non-urgent, but something I wasn't sure I wanted to handle myself. Found Jeff via reviews here on Yelp and called him Friday. He was here on Monday, fixed the problem quickly and even took a bit of time to spot-check the work I'd done and add a little extra fit-and-finish. And he even managed to do it without making me feel I'd botched it. :)

Jeff at Stellar Plumbing has done perhaps eight jobs for me over fifteen years and two houses. Each time he was knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient. He's truly a craftsman, which drives his honesty and integrity. He truly wants to do the job right -- that doesn't mean using gold plated fittings but it does mean making sure that the installation will give years of trouble-free service instead of just looking OK from the outside.
