We recently used Eligio to fix a burst water heater pipe - and we found his service to be wonderful. We had returned from vacation to find flooding due to the burst pipe and called him. Even though he was on a job, and couldn't make it in immediately, he walked us through over the phone to shut the water off and also sent one of his assistants to check. He then came promptly the next morning to replace the pipe. A week later, when he replaced our water heater, and when we had issues with not getting hot water in the kitchen, he came back again to check and fix. In all our encounters with him, we found him to be not only responsive (he answers the phone every time you call!), professional, reasonable with price, but, also very empathetic and caring about our unfortunate situation. We recommend him highly.

Excellent services, called back right away and came the next day to replace the water heater. He also came right away to check if the water heater had the problem. We had a waterline break out by the meter on Martin Luther King Day 2016, so we we had no water. We had called a couple of other companies who had good reviews on Yelp, but everyone was booked out for three days or more. We found Stellar Plumbing on Yelp, and after reading the excellent reviews. We called Eligio at 5:45 p.m., and he was able to get one of his employees out by 10:35 the next day. The repair took about 2 hours, and we were back in business. Eligio came by himself towards the conclusion to check on the status of the repair. He was very friendly and charged us a very fair amount. I would recommend him for any plumbing need.

I always felt gouged by the plumber I was using so I looked on Yelp for someone new. Eligio had so many good reviews that I called him and he came out and did a great job installing new faucets in my bathroom. A month later he came out and changed the anal rod in my hot water heater, he is always on time, friendly and professional and although plumbing work isn't cheap I always felt like he charged a fair price and didn't do anything unecessary.

He went on to offer personal assistance over the phone. I haven't even done business with his company and received this level of customer service. Eligio accommodated our emergency situation to resolve a sewer pipe leak issue as soon as possible. The job was well done and he charged me only for the hours and the parts. This was way cheaper than any other plumber in the market. I feel very happy to write this review and the fact that I can trust him.

I tried to get multiple quotes and they all came to about 2000 dollars or so. There was a lot of upselling as well - clarke kent plumbing said they don't charge for giving a quote, but the guy who came to my place looked at the situation and said that he had to move some rocks to give a quote and charged me a lot of money just for that.

Water heater went out this week. I called Eligio, and he was showed up the next day with the correct parts to get it going again. He was fast, fair and honest, and didn't try to add any unnecessary repairs. I would definitely call him agin for any plumbing issues!
