This company was sent out by American Home Shield to repair and fix a clogged drain. Tech and partner showed up snaked the drain said they did not bring the proper equipment that the clog was deep???? Tech then told me to try some type of chemical drain cleaner. Our they could cut my floor and fix the clog. I cancelled the service with AHS then then Stellar refiled claim as a slab leak hmmm sounds like you claiming a fraudulent claim or service. No worries paid my service call fixed it myself. I have no issue paying but show up to a job prepared and don't file false claims.

This is an American Home Shield company. Don't use them. They walked in said they would get back to me. They didn't contact AHS until after other appointments. The ruling was, they wouldn't fix the leak and charged $70 to tell me that. I'm learning a lot about installing sinks and faucets on my own.

My experience with this company was EXCELLENT!!! They came out in a very timely fashion, and some issues that I had been having for over 10 years they cleared up and gave me some answers. They didn't waste time at all getting to the problems with sink and bathroom and made good on their name sake. They were Stellar!!

Stellar was sent out by my Home Warranty company for a slow draining Toilet and shower. Two techs come out and immediately start looking for the Main Drain from the outside of the house. I showed them where it was (2 inches from the guys foot), and also informed him that I had already cleaned out the main drain with my 50ft snake before calling for service, but they were welcome to do it again. They then followed me to the problem area in the bathroom. The Head Tech started using his toilet eel down the toilet to unlodge the clog. His tool did not do the job and exclaimed that " ... his tool should have gone farther and he didn't want to push any more because it might get stuck." His diagnosis to me was ... "there is something stuck in the toilet." (DUH! I didn't call them for tea!) Then he tells me ... "You need a new toilet. I can replace it for you, or you can do it yourself because the Home Warranty company will not authorize it." He tells me all this after 2 minutes of snaking, without removing the toilet, or calling the Home Warranty company to see if they would cover it. They were here a total of 5 minutes, and did not fix, nor attempt to fix the problem they were called to do. All he wanted to do was sell me something. Since they were useless, I told them to go ahead and leave so I can call someone else. Which I did and a "real" plumber fixed the problem without replacing or removing the toilet. I will never use this company for anything, and if my Home Warranty company gives them the call, I will refuse to have Stellar Plumbing come to my house for anything again! BTW - there was, and is, nothing wrong with the toilet. The clog was after the drain, but before the main. That is why the shower was draining slow, too. Snaked down through the roof access to clear up the problem. Took 10 minutes!

Our master toilet was leaking. I contacted Stellar and spoke with Billy - he was able to get out on the next business day and fixed it in half an hour at the quoted price. After, I had a couple of questions about some potential other jobs and Billy was nice enough to take a few minutes to look and give me his professional opinion before he had to leave. They were efficient and professional - I'd definitely call them again!

I had a warranty company refer and unfortunately warranty companies do not cover anything but he went beyond out of his way to look at my system.
