I had a wonderful experience with Stellar Plumbing. Made an appointment online, they sent confirmation and the day of, sent me a picture of who was coming to my condo. Gus was very knowledgeable and showed me what the issue was with my toilet. Also provided advice to me on garbage disposals. My toilet was fixed in an hour and Gus left everything clean and disinfected!

I used Stellar for the first time as I had leak issues with the master bath shower faucet and the kitchen faucet. The service rep did what I wanted in that he fixed the master bath and installed a new hose onto the kitchen faucet. Unfortunately, the new hose didn't fix the kitchen faucet leak and that was my bad as I purchased the hose assuming that was the problem. The issue I had with Stellar was that the service rep recommended a new faucet to fix the leak and it would cost me somewhere in the area of a $400 installation and that doesn't include the faucet itself. I must have looked stupid but I knew that wasn't necessary as there were only 2 parts that could have been causing the leak --- either the hose or the faucet head. Knowing the hose was new I bought a $48 faucet head, screwed it on the new hose and it was fixed. I'll never use Stellar again as I can no longer trust what they say especially trying to get a new faucet out of me. Totally unnecessary.

We needed an experienced plumber for some serious updating to our interior plumbing where it exits our home in the basement.

We needed to separate and tie-in different lines, add a new back-up sump pump system, demo and replace an old concrete laundry basin, add a laundry pump, vent everything...etc. I'm sure I'm missing something! Anyhow, after getting several quotes and going down a Google review rabbit hole, we chose Stellar Plumbing.

From communication, scheduling, explanation and skill, Steve and his team at Stellar are TOP NOTCH. Greg, our tech, was excellent. They were fair in their estimate and completed all work in the time quoted. Steve also went above and beyond in helping me coordinate secondary projects (catch basin pumping, CIPP lining).

Everyone knows how hiring a contractor/business to perform a big job can be very stressful. Remove that stress and choose Stellar Plumbing. Steve is very easy to talk to and listens first before giving you his professional and experienced assessment.

Harrison Edmond is one great plumber; young, but very experienced and service that is exceptional - he finds ways to SAVE you money and the value for the price is certainly worth it. He installed a main shut off valve, exterior frost-proof faucets, tightened toilet bases and a few other things. However, he added other products (nominal costs) to aid in the winterizing of faucets...things that just made sense to me. AND, he took the time to write out directions and explain everything.
