Carter is the absolute best plumber, trouble-shooter, and all around great person to get the job done. He is prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and smart. He can figure things out quickly, is honest, and explains complicated projects easily. He has installed a sewer ejector system which works perfectly. The one he replaced was always causing a problem, but Carter installed a 5-star system that causes no problems.
He has also checked water line issues, diagnosing the problem, how to fix and install a new line in a very complicated setting, thought of the price point, and makes sure the work is done properly. I trust him.
If you need a trustworthy smart plumber who uses quality materials and does quality work at reasonable prices for the caliber of workmanship, then Carter is the one.

Carter is definitely not stellar by any means. He came referred by a longtime friend and I was extremely disappointed in Carter's suggestions and overall work installing a new toilet. I even asked him to replace the water heater and made an appointment only to never see or hear from anyone again. Unprofessional and unorganized, would not recommend Stellar for anything.

I've seen 4 plumbers in the past month and Carter is definitely stellar - Smart and friendly, he diagnosed and fixed our hot water & water pressure issue on the spot. It was something that was getting worse over time, and so not a straightforward fix. But Carter troubleshot the issue methodically like an engineer, educated me, and now I've finally taken a luxurious hot shower!

I was very pleased with their services. I wanted to move my hot water heater in garage to make more space. Lon Carter, the owner, came over and looked at the situation and gave me a very reasonable quote. He said he could have his guys come out and do the job for me. They did and were great to work with. Very professional, fun guys who knew what they were doing and I'm very happy with the work they did. I would definitely call them in the future if I need more work done. That could involve converting to a tankless water system but that is a ways away right now.

Highly recommended. My sump pump died. Stellar came out the morning after I called, checked things out, gave me a fair quote and within two hours I had a new fully functioning sump pump. Great, fast service at a good price. Yes!

I used Stellar plumbing for a basic shower valve replacement, and the experience was anything but ""stellar""! It honestly seemed like a scene out of Beavis and Butthead! They dragged it out for days, and didn't even show up at all for one appointment. I finally bought the parts from Carter (since he had ordered them) and had another plumber install them! He performed the work in less than 30 minutes, and had some serious questions about what Stellar had done.

We had Carter come and fix a lot of mistakes that another plumbing company did (they didn't pull permits or do any of their work up to code). He was great. He fixed everything that needed to be fixed to pass inspection and did it beyond what I was expecting him to do. We also had him do all new plumbing in the Kitchen and a new water heater. Carter was great because he understood that I was going to be question everything because of the last plumber, and he was willing to answer any questions too. We will be using Carter again.
