Steinhorst was assigned by my Warranty company. After reading few negative reviews my expectations was really low. But boy they gave me a surprise by giving top notch Service, and took care of plumbing issues my house was having. Nic was very good. I think this has some thing to do with change in management. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing service thru warranty or otherwise. Special thanks to Mr. Kumar!

Steinhorst Plumbing, Kim, and the plumber Lee were exceptional in installing our hot water heaters. Kim very patiently, and with dedication, got our hot water heaters approved by my warranty company. Thank you Kim! Lee also installed the hot water heaters very neatly and precisely. Thank you Lee! I am so thankful to Steinhorst, Kim, and Lee for all they are doing in taking care of my plumbing needs. Kim has been very supportive in making the appointments, following up, and taking care of what needs to be done. Thank you Steinhorst for getting quality people to work for your company. I know it is the people that make the company. I really appreciate the honesty and hard work of your employees. I would like to thank Kim, Wesley and Chad for the exceptional customer service. We had some significant plumbing issues that resulted in concrete and piping replacement. They were very professional and worked with me to ensure we only did what needed to be done. Work was very professional. They worked with me on a very fair price - this was a big job. They even identified another issue that I was able to get my warranty company to cover. Great great people and I highly recommend their services! This company charges hundreds of dollars more than most plumbing companies. I recently used them for a broken valve and I was charged $600.00. I have been informed by another plumber that the amount was way too high. Also not a very professional job one area was soldered and one area used a shark bite which is considered a temporary fix and not a professional job. In my opinion, I feel that they took total advantage of a woman. I will never use them again.

We used this plumbing company and the customer service was very rude on the phone with me. They cancelled our service without warning us or calling us. Please consider another company when choosing quality customer loyalty. This company is not worth your time.

Run, don't walk away from these people.
the only way this company gets any business is because unfortunately home insurance and warranty companies contract with them.
Kim's attitude is abhorrent to be exact.

I called Steinhorst Annandale at 9am this morning. The gentleman who answered the phone advised me that he was on another call and took my phone number to call me back.

I called Steinhorst Annandale again at 11am after not receiving a call back. Kim answered the phone and was immediately rude and distracted. Kim hung up on me and when I called her back there was no apology. When I asked her why she hung up on me, her excuse was that she had to answer another call.

Kim informed me that she would call her technician and call me back right away to advise me what time he would be able to come to my home. Kim never called back.

At 2pm a technician called to see if I still needed assistance. I told him absolutely not and advised that I will never use Steinhorst Annandale again.

Currently in my home is SSI HVAC (located in Chantilly) and they are just about finishing the work needed. SSI HVAC was immediately responsive and their customer service outshines Kim at Steinhorst Annandale tenfold. Kim should be embarrassed of herself.

I called to replace a leaking faucet and I bought one but needed to have it installed. Nick arrived and found the pipes were corroded under the sink. He replaced the pipes and the faucet. He was friendly and very professional and left no mess. Now my faucet works well and am very relieved.

Wesley was prompt, professional, and easy to work with. He encouraged us to think over the problem for a few days before we decided on our final course of action. We had a stuck ""Danze"" bathroom Pop-up drain stopper, and it just would not budge. There were a number of different options that we could have pursued but by waiting a few days to brainstorm we ended up fixing it ourselves (to be fair, the Danze brand, and pop-up drains in general don't mix well with scale/corrosion); by not rushing into a final solution on the spot Wesley saved us a lot of money and time. Steinhorst may be expensive up front but they're worth it if you want the professionals!!

I would give zero if I could. They missed a window that I took off work to be at and when I called to inquire about it yelled at ME because I was checking on the status and explained that I don't understand how plumbing works or traffic. Incredibly condescending, didn't listen to a word I said. Not customer friendly. I don't imagine I would want them working on my plumbing if they yell at customers when they make a mistake. Do not give them your money.
