We had a water leak in the basement from our upstairs bathroom and received quotes/different approaches to address the situation from various plumbing companies. Ron and Jack from Steigerwald were readily available to mitigate the issue without extraneous investigative demo work in our kitchen, and were reasonable and transparent about their charges. They were incredibly knowledgeable about our aging cast iron pipes and offered follow-up suggestions should additional issues arise. Overall we had a very positive experience with Steigerwald and will happily hire them again in the future -- highly recommend!

If I could give Steigerwald Plumbing six stars, I would. We had a plumbing repair and started the project with a different company. Very quickly we realized we had hired the wrong person and stopped the work. A friend then referred me to Steigerwald Plumbing. I called, explained the problem and sent pictures. When they arrived for the appointment, they came prepared with any possible parts to fit my fixture and also were prepared with an entire replacement fixture in the event ours could not be repaired. They were polite, prepared, professional, neat, and affordable. We are very pleased with the work and would definitely call them first for any plumbing repair.

We were expecting 40 people for dinner on Black Friday when are kitchen sink decided to clog. We tried several plumbers with no luck. When we finally reach steigerwald Plumbing we were pleased to find out a plumber could come out same day. when he arrived he was courteous professional and friendly and was able to fix our problem quickly. This was our first time using steigerwald Plumbing but it won't be our last. I highly recommend!

I would rate lower if I could. Had to reschedule initially because the worker couldn't find parking. We really had no control over this but we rescheduled and decided we would move our cars and give them our street parking when they get here. The day of the appointment comes and we are waiting for the worker to arrive to move our cars. Nobody shows so after about 10 minutes we call the worker and their answer was ridiculous. They complained about waiting for 15 minutes for us, which I think is just untrue, and then left. After we said we have a spot for you just come back they said we would have to reschedule again. We are now just going to use another plumber service. These guys are unprofessional and terrible.

In response to your comment. I don't see how you barely even attempting to service our house and then denying us a further appointment doesn't justify our actions? We tried for a third time to schedule you to come out because we are on break and there is plenty of parking but instead you simply said no, we aren't going out there anymore. You trying to discredit my review only makes you look more petty. I received awful customer service and am left feeling like your business doesn't care about us simply because we are tenants and college kids? The fact that we never even saw a truck pull up to our house is unacceptable. I would say we received awful service but we would have had to receive any service in the first place for that to be true.
